Strapp x University of Michigan
About the Client:
Tech Savvy students of the University of Michigan, set to transform all the gabfest around campus into an anonymous community building app.
The Challenge - unidentified engagement community:
While the utmost urge for social interaction persists among college students, a safe space is always appreciated where opinions can be stated without being weighed down by a guilty conscience.
The students of the University of Michigan were sought to create a digital retreat for themselves that utilized crowd-sourced content, for the students, by the students in the form of an in-campus application which allowed them to discourse, keeping the veil of anonymity up-close. WeUno took the challenge to conceptualize all attributes of the development of this application, ensuring that we built a customized way students can interact with each other.
The Final Result:
A robust user interface, functionality-focused, hundreds of downloads, and an engaging mobile app, being the ultimate safe haven for students around campus. WeUno continues to work rigorously on improving the user experience as the application grows.
The mobile app takes the form of a newsfeed-based interface, minimally designed with flashy undertones giving it a youthful touch. Students can vent, share ideas, media, see what’s trending around campus, and network based on their interests. A private social network for students where they’re able to connect while staying anonymous.
Giving it life - App development
Strapp.ai came to us with the initial design set in place, which gave us grounds on how the application would look. As our team worked on its development, we nailed down the wireframes during the backend planning process, leading to an interactive prototype. The practice execution stage allowed us to refine the flow and usability of the app and eventually also improving on the design elements as the project progressed.

Sky Freight Al Arabia
About the Client:
Serving the freight industry since years, Sky Freight has been fueling the logistics chain from KSA to Philippines providing both, sea and air cargo services to customers.

Rimattire
About the Client:
Rimmattire is the pitstop for drivers in distress. They have shops across the United States where drivers can reach out when having a troubled tyre on the highway. At its core, Rimmattire provides roadside services and deals in tyres and rims supplied by multiple sellers.
The Challenge:
Digitalizing the traditional way meant building an extensive platform where buyers and sellers could connect. To cater to their vision, a framework of market-place e-commerce had to be developed and set in action for users to engage with. Furthermore, having several service stops in multiple locations, Rimmattire needed more visibility so that drivers could locate them in case of an emergency. A geo-location integrated mobile app would have been a great asset. To make a headway into the project, the website and mobile application, both required two operating portals each, customer-facing and vendor-facing.
The Result:
For a more admissible shopping experience, Rimmmattire’s mobile application is built so on-the-go users can easily navigate through the nearest location of the shop. Our designers and developers, worked on both, customer-facing and vendor facing interface to develop an optimal, user-focused mobile app.

Idea that drives the entire product:
Getting a business registered is a daunting process in Australia. Several online business registration services are available, but a severe problem drives the idea to enter this market and make a difference. Registration through the online portals was problematic. The language used was so technically complex that the language was difficult for most people to understand.
Business Opportunity:
We aim to make BIZ Registration as easy to use as possible while maintaining a competitive pricing model, so we can divert existing users from other services to BIZ Registration. With our designed product, anyone in Australia could register their business more efficiently without having to deal with excessive forms.
Main Problem areas to Solve:
We aimed to make a product that was easy to use, and easy to understand by the masses, so they could register their business in the most efficient way possible.
The core focus of the product idea is to provide a seamless user experience, so we focused exclusively on that aspect throughout product development.
Web Portal Development:
This web portal is the product of hundreds of studied forms, condensed into one seamless process of structured set of questions presented in a compelling way for business owners to easily understand.
Following a strategic design thinking process, we put together a purposeful layout creating a dashboard for users. It allows them to simply fill information as they go, with every step explaining what’s required in a simple, coherent format.

August Leadership
About the Client:
Headquartered in New York City and spread out throughout the globe, August Leadership has been serving as one of the fastest-growing Top-level Executive Leadership Search Firms since 1950s.
Challenge:
The ever-growing market dynamics have increased the demand for a visionarily progressive mindset, paving the way for strong elusive leaderships to come into play. Excelling in the industry for decades, August Leadership needed a refined digital identity to establish a stronger foothold, and identify itself as a surging business executioner.
Our Solution:
We collaborated with August Leadership and entirely revamped their brand identity, website, and corporate identity kit. Months of hard work resulted in the brand’s vision coming to life. We’ve continued to work with August Leadership ever since their soaring come-back as a redefined brand in the industry.

Fitzgerald Home Furnishings
Credibility speaks for itself when the market leaders trust you with their brand. Fitzgerald is one of the leading home-decor stores in the USA and it wanted to have a new website design that resonates with its ideology.
An aesthetic & minimalistic approach was expected in this project, so we helped it in composing Information Architecture and UI that has a sleek and minimal design for making the products more prominent. The design was further enhanced with dark and bold colors. A user-friendly feature was also added in the form of a quiz to help the customers realize their home-decor preferences and then make the purchases. Our client also offers consultancy to its customers so we also added this option on the website to make the users book one in a single go.

Luxury Adventures
Luxury Adventures is our client in UAE that offers services in the tourism sector. WeUno’s first approach while dealing with this brand was to create a strong brand identity that clearly depicts the brand message.
Before introducing itself in the market, the brand needed an information architecture and user interface for ensuring a smooth user experience. We used bold colors to represent a carefree & fun-loving attitude, yet refined font style to represent professionalism & reliability. To ignite the wanderlust, fascinating pictures of the tourist sites were also added inclusive of informative blogs related to UAE.
In this project, the smooth user experience was also ensured for the client by designing an admin dashboard. The dashboard was concise and easy to use for keeping a check on the sales-generating trips and impressions on the web.

Butterfly Pakistan
The market of feminine hygiene products in Pakistan is highly competitive and Butterfly is a well-known name in it. The brand is well aware of the fact that they need unprecedented efforts to stay in the market. So recently, their Product Management team made a few evident changes in their product strategy for which the brand needed a website that smoothly synchronizes with them. They reached us to design their web as per the propensities and preferences of teenage girls and adult women.
WeUno commenced working with Information Architecture in order to identify the scope of the project and define the user experience of the website. The design was devised by making sure it gives the impression of feminine strength and empowerment. Moreover, soft colors and subtle font selection embraced the essence of womanhood along with compelling product photography. One of the main objectives was to provide users a hassle-free experience with a user-friendly website that can lead to increased sales and traffic.

21st Century Democrats
About the Client:
21st Century Democrats is an American political non-profit organisation which endorses Democratic candidates and shares information on active Democrats and their campaigns.
Challenge:
US elections 2020 were one of the most momentous events of the year, while Democrats and Republicans all hailed for themselves. 21st Century Democrats wanted to demonstrate their citizen activism through promoting democratic political campaigns virtually.
Our Solution:
We created an online-periodical website with a specific focus on democratic campaigns in favour of Joe Biden. The main purpose of the website was readability of newsworthy content, hence it was designed to highlight meaningful information related to political campaigns. A crisp and clean design layout, simple navigation menus and catchy tones of blues, red and whites was used in relation to the American Flag.

IVS Degree Show
Challenge:
Graduation day is the day most of the people rememeber forever but unfortunetly due to the outbreak of Covid-19, all the educational institutes were shut down. Similarly, the Indus Valley School of Arts and Architecture's regular operations were halted and the question was “How might we create an experience for the graduating students to display their work online?”
Key Drivers:
When WeUno initiated this project, it was important for the product to encompass the essence of the physical degree show, while at the same time adhering to scalability and ease of use. The product should be an ideal combination of creativity and functionality, making it easy for users to view and navigate.
Design Focused Presentation:
Considering the product being a display of art and creativity, strong aesthetics and design was essential. A design that is complementary to the student’s thesis and will both complement and blend with their creativity.

Servaid Pharmacy
Challenge:
A pandemic-affected world in which reducing human interaction is the best way to save lives makes one wonder what to do if another illness strikes? What if one wants medical supplies but they are not in the condition to go outside and buy them?
Business Opportunity:
Currently, the healthcare e-commerce space has multiple services for delivering medicine. However, there are certain consistent problems in almost all of them. Most of the companies do not have a physical store and the rest do not have sufficient inventory to cater to the masses. And, not to mention, delivering all over Pakistan is a logistical nightmare. Since Servaid is already an established entity in the pharmacy space with 69 plus physical stores around Punjab and has been in the pharmacy space for the last two decades, they already had an edge over other pharmacies. In the current circumstances, to reach out to a wider audience and cater to more patients, Servaid decided to step into the online pharmacy space.
Competitive Advantage:
We pinpointed some base-level key advantages that we held over our competitors. Those advantages allowed us to ideate accordingly, a brand that can cater to our growing market demands.

The Challenge:
Nurturing homes with their quality, prestige, and affluence for decades, the challenge was to create a visual identity that delivered the brand’s promise of excellence.
Solution:
We used the wealth of our experience to carve out Legno Home’s brand identity elements. From logo to their online user experience, we intricately designed their digital creative requirements to the brim.
A contemporary touch - Branding:
The simplicity of the design elements used perfectly encapsulates the essence of the brand, that less is more. We used clean fonts, high class imagery and elegant colour palette throughout, ensuring that every design touch point instils minimalism and trust.
Built on a sense of heritage and excellent craftsmanship, we ensured that our design reflected the brand’s history yet it was forward-facing. The layout is sleek and minimal, drawing the eye to the product itself.
The Result:
A luxury digital experience where customers are able to interact with statement works of the brand in the form of a lookbook. The outlook sketches that of a modern lifestyle brand that combines contemporary art and furniture to provide a sophisticated interior finish.

Mobile App Dev for Entertainment Zone
"WeUno was very accommodating and understanding to our sometimes difficult requests."

the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I ran the core operations for an entertainment zone at the 2021-2022 Riyadh Season Festivals. This is a yearly endeavor put out by the Saudi Government under the General Entertainment Authority which hosted roughly 11 zones throughout the capital city of Riyadh. The zone that was assigned to our company was in the Diplomatic Quarters and was a mix of entertainment and a fine dining.
For what projects/services did your company hire WeUno, and what were your goals?
We wanted to create a unique experience for our guests and have them use our own mobile app as appose to the Riyadh Season app which was limited in features and functionality. By reaching out to WeUno, we were able to attain our objectives with an extremely high success rate and at the same time created a different identity for our zone which made us stand out from all the others.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After looking at their portfolio and the good work they had done, we made the decision to move forward with them.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We started the project by briefing Weuno with our vision, sharing our pallet guidelines and desired functionality we needed for the app. In turn we were given a questionnaire by weuno which would help them build their timeline and development flow. They submitted to us a mockup design which immediately was approved and represented the exact design we were looking for.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We were supported by around 10 members of their team from the CEO, Senior developers to technical support crew. The team worked with us around the clock and when we had any changes needed, they even entertained calls from us at 3:00 am in the morning.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We saw an unexpected number of sales (in the Millions) at the end of our season due to the flawless operation of the app and dashboard they have equipped us with. The General Entertainment Authority has already pre-approved for the Groves to be a part of the Riyadh Season 2022-2023 and we will continue to use Weuno as our tech partner.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The project was divided into weekly sprints using a project management tool and deliverables were submitted at the end of each week to ensure timely delivery
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their flexibility to our demands. We are a zone in the entertainment field that will wake up to many different changes in the program and WeUno was very accommodating and understanding to our sometimes difficult requests. I dont think other tech companies would have been able to keep up with our demands.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No. They went above and beyond.

I'm the Chief Digital Strategist and Editor of Dawn.com, the online portal for Pakistan's largest and oldest English-Language daily newspaper.

We hired WeUno to help develop a website to commemorate and recognise Pakistani journalists who have lost their lives in the line of duty.

We had already worked with WeUno on other successful projects and felt comfortable hiring them again. The company's work ethic and quality are standout.

The project kicked off with several meetings and exchange of documents and data that would drive the website. They delivered the complete site design as well as developed the front and backend for us, in both English and Urdu languages, effectively creating two sites.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We communicated with a couple of senior team members/team leads who were dedicated to our project in design and dev capacities.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We communicated in person till the coronavirus lockdowns, followed by emails and online conversations as needed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
As in previous projects, WeUno ensured high-quality outputs while always delivering and surpassing expectations by improving on the original ideas in small and sometimes big ways.

The pandemic caused timelines to shift, but that was a global issue.

Website Dev & Digital Maketing for Pest Control Company
"They’re very helpful — they’re willing to mold their ways to suit us rather than us suiting themselves."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head exterminator of a pest control company. We provide extermination services throughout southern Ontario and Canada.
What challenge were you trying to address with WeUno?
We were trying to get our website and social media marketing more professionally streamlined.
What was the scope of their involvement?
At first, WeUno asked us to give them some descriptions about who we are, our company mission, and the services we provide. They developed a website template based on that, and we worked with them to perfect it. We had the content mapped out, and they did the design, including images and layout.
We also provided them access to our social media, which they took over. They used Facebook Ads and implemented SEO. Right now, they work with us to market different promotions and services, and they currently manage and update our social media.
What is the team composition?
I’ve spoken to about four people in total. I work directly with Faizan (Chief Strategy Officer) and Alyna (CEO & Founder), who is working on the website.
How did you come to work with WeUno?
We had contact with a company that had worked with WeUno. I really liked what they were doing with their website and social media. They referred me to WeUno, and after sitting down with them and looking at their website portfolio, we decided to go with them.
How much have you invested with them?
In about a year, we have spent about $8,000–$10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began talking in January 2020. We weren’t able to start right away due to personal problems, but once those cleared up, we started working with them in March 2020. Our relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
There was definitely an increase of traffic to our website and responses on our social media. We also get many calls from people saying they were referred to us by our website or Facebook page.
Every few weeks or every month, whenever we need it, my main point of contact runs me through updated stats on our website. That’s how we track everything.
How did WeUno perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate through emails, phone calls, Zoom video calls, and WhatsApp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I really enjoy how responsive they are. WeUno is quick to act on any issues or queries that we have. They’re very helpful — they’re willing to mold their ways to suit us rather than us suiting themselves. Being tradesmen, we’re not educated on building and working websites; WeUno drives us along and teaches us everything. Overall, they are very flexible when they’re working with us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Somebody with a better understanding of technology might have complaints, but from what we’ve seen with WeUno, we don’t have any.
Any advice for potential customers?
Make sure you follow up with them, so you know what’s going up with your website. In any project, follow-ups are major tasks that need to be done.

Social Network Mobile App for University Students
"They went out of their way to teach me various things about the development process."
the reviewer
the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
STRAPP.AI is an anonymous social network platform for University students - I serve as the founder.
For what projects/services did your company hire WeUno?
I hired WeUno to spearhead the development of STRAPP.AI after leaving a previous agency with which I did not have a good experience. I didn't have a good experience because of the inability to communicate directly with developers and project managers.
WeUno addressed this by having complete transparency in the development process and allowing me to communicate more directly with the team. In terms of logistics, I hired 1 front end and 1 back end developer to work on the app and get it published to the App Store. The app was written in React native and the backend was in MongoDB.
What were your goals for this project?
One of my primary goals was to have a very high quality app that looked identical to the UI mockups. The previous firm had lots of difficulty replicating the design correctly.
WeUno was able to deliver on this by allowing direct communication with the developers, thereby increasing the number of design iterations/changes per week that were possible. On a more high level, my goal was to launch a high quality MVP on the App Store by February 2020 that was good enough to conduct a proof of concept.
How did you select WeUno?
I selected a firm based on several factors. Most importantly, I wanted a firm that would allow good communication between me and the developers. I wanted to be deeply involved in the process and WeUno exceeded on that promise. In fact, they even let me fly out to their office in Pakistan and work directly with the team in their office. They went above and beyond to make ensure there was always a strong line of communication with the project manager so my demanding needs were met.
Another reason I selected WeUno is because I wanted a firm that demonstrated strong design sense on previous projects. As the UI designer for the app myself, it was absolutely necessary that a firm would deliver on the fidelity of my designs, as this was an issue with the previous firm I contracted.
Developers at WeUno had excellent design understanding as WeUno takes on a holistic range of projects, many of which are purely design related. During the selection process, I spoke often with the founder of the firm, Alyna. She went out of her way to make sure WeUno would be the right fit for my projects requirements, and this greatly streamlined the selection process.
Describe the project in detail.
The overall scope of the project was to take an existing app and do a complete redesign, in addition to adding the feature of "public groups" (the previous app only had "private groups").
I sent WeUno the UI mockups at the start of the project, and they spent the next 2 months adding the aforementioned changes to the existing react native app. They started working on IOS, but later completed the android version. 2 months after the project started, they allowed for me to fly to their Pakistan office from America and be more intimately involved in the process. This was extremely helpful and fast-tracked the app development by a month.
Throughout the project, they sent me IOS builds using test flight and diawi to receive feedback and show progress. As of mid-february, the app has been live on the App Store and they are continuing to help with bug-fixes and optimizations.
What was the team composition?
The team consisted of 1 front end developer, 1 back-end developer, and a project manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within 3 weeks of launching, we have accumulated over 1000 downloads and 300 daily active users. This was significantly higher than that of our previous app. Through various interviews and customer research opportunities, the overall form and functionality of the app has been very well received by our users. In short, the app looks & works very well. We have also received over 50 5-star ratings on the App Store.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I do not think the workflow could have been more efficient. By having direct communication with the developers, and being a coder myself, the process was very transparent. We had a great system for providing feedback on early builds, utilizing trello & slack to communicate effectively.
The 10 hour time zone between New York and Pakistan did not present a significant hurdle - they went out of their way to speak with me at odd hours. There was no language barriers either, as the developers on my project spoke strong English, and because I was partially fluent in the local language.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
What I find most impressive about WeUno is their commitment to tailoring their services to meet the specific needs of their clients. In my case, I wanted direct communication, pixel perfect design, and overall had extremely high standards for the app. WeUno went out of their way to adapt the project workflows and personal constraints to ensure these needs were met, and deliver the highest quality app possible.
In one instance, there was a server glitch at 3am in their local time during one of our launches. The developers did not hesitate to wake up during this time fix the issue right there on the spot. Overall, my experience was amazing.
During my trip to Pakistan, they welcomed me as if I was family, and I developed strong personal relationships with various people on the team. They went out of their way to teach me various things about the development process, as their goal was to help me succeed with my idea, rather than to execute just another project scope. I would absolutely recommend WeUno to anyone looking for a strong development agency and partner in building their idea.
Are there any areas for improvement?
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to have more transparent project planning at the start of the project. There were some questions I wished I could have addressed earlier in the process that would have decreased our turnaround time.

Exhibit Website for Art & Architecture Institution
"They were on-point all the time."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an assistant professor and a department head at Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture.
What challenge were you trying to address with WeUno?
We needed them to develop a website for our annual degree show, which we weren’t able to conduct physically on campus because of the pandemic.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had a special committee that worked with WeUno’s team on the development of the website. We communicated our needs and preferences to WeUno’s team — we needed the platform to be both mobile- and laptop-friendly, easy to navigate, simple, and direct to the point. The website featured 120 student projects from five departments in our school, each having 30 students. We needed WeUno to put everything in place to accommodate the variety of viewers: our students, their families, and art collectors.
The viewers needed to be redirected to different platforms in order to gain access to the different student projects, so WeUno collaborated with us to ensure that all those channels worked. They added more features to ensure that our UX was optimized — for instance, there were special markers that indicated where a project would redirect the user.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Alyna (CEO) and two of their team members who were in charge of situating data into our website.
How did you come to work with WeUno?
WeUno approached us after seeing the hiring ad on our school’s social media pages. We shortlisted them along with other agencies — they ended up not only giving the best presentation but also possessing the price range and design sensibility that we were looking for.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $2,200.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from November 2020–February 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everything went smoothly — we expected to receive complaints from viewers regarding glitches on the website, but got absolutely nothing. Our board of directors and partner collectors were pleased with how accessible the platform was to everyone. It also worked well on both desktop and mobile platforms — that was really our main metric.
How did WeUno perform from a project management standpoint?
We mainly communicated via email and WhatsApp. Alyna gave us a very thorough timeline after our initial meeting. We set up all the data we needed in different folders on Google Drive — everything was well-organized. WeUno had a standard way of processing information and that got rid of any confusion on our end. We were given enough time to review their work, so they were able to fix issues on time. Their team just knew how to sort everything out.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It was the fact that they were very organized. Having worked with companies that let us down before in terms of scheduling and organization, it was impressive to witness how WeUno got rid of our fear of delays or unmet expectations. They were on-point all the time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We didn’t encounter any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Just go for it. WeUno will create not only the product that you are looking for but also something that works with the philosophy of your organization. Other companies won’t do it, but their team will really find the time to understand your organization. They are always available and willing to meet your needs.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing director at an executive search firm. My job entails marketing strategy, social media, PR, and communications, as well as event management.
What challenge were you trying to address with WeUno?
They’re looking after everything that has to do with communication design including our website and recent brand guideline and philosophy redevelopment.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’ve really developed the look and feel of the new brand because she has an amazing aesthetic sense. Things they’ve done include managing our old website, designing our new website, and establishing our color templates. They’ve also developed our communication design templates and collateral in the form of presentations and brochures. We’ve also used their copywriting team and had them design a new logo.
They also did social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook) and email announcements to help us transition to the new brand.
What is the team composition?
We directly engage with Alyna (CEO and Founder, WeUno). She’s our point of contact.
How did you come to work with WeUno?
Alyna was basically a full-time employee, and then she left and started her own agency.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve partnered with them since January 2020. We have a retainer with her, so it’s a collaborative relationship.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We really value her, and she’s a great asset to our team. She has an amazing aesthetic sense and produces high-quality work.
We sometimes require a very quick turnaround time because of our industry, and they can handle it. The partners have also highlighted that her documents are beautifully done, especially during our rebranding. A lot of the communication templates going out to clients alerting them of the rebrand were visually appealing and precise.
How did WeUno perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a daily update call where we prepare to-do lists and prioritize what needs to be done today or by the end of the week. We use Microsoft Planner, and their whole design schedule is in there. We’re always connected, and they’re always on top of it.
They’re very organized and willing to work after hours to delivering something, which helps because our headquarters are in New York and both Alyna and I are based in Pakistan.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I really enjoy working with them because if I give her clear instructions, her first draft is like the final draft. I don’t have to go back and forth through ten versions. I work with other designers as well, and they require a lot of work. Just give her a creative brief and she produces a 100% final version.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. She’s set up a great team working under her and has the right infrastructure.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very clear with your instructions and expectations: both for the product and the deadline.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner and president of a tourism company in Dubai. We specialize in desert and water tours.
What challenge were you trying to address with WeUno?
We wanted a unique website catered to our clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
WeUno created a new website for us. Their team provided images of the design for my approval. Once I approved their designs, they started the development. They used the Laravel framework, so PHP was the language. After that, their team built another website for a different company of mine.
Now, they’re managing social media marketing for me. Their team uses a few channels: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
What is the team composition?
Our primary contact’s Faizan (Chief Strategy Officer, WeUno).
How did you come to work with WeUno?
A colleague referred my business to WeUno, so their team approached me actually. They sent a proposal including a design for a new website that I liked.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent up to about $6,500 with WeUno.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with WeUno around August 2019 and they’re on a monthly retainer.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thus far, I’ve had success with what they’ve built for me.
How did WeUno perform from a project management standpoint?
Communication’s excellent. We communicate via WhatsApp, which is efficient. Whenever I message WeUno, they give a professional reply. They deliver on time. Their team promises a date for delivery and provides a finished product on that date.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They create unique designs. I’ve worked with different companies in the past but WeUno’s designs stand out. Once you see their designs, you know that they’re a good company. Their team knows what it’s doing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Everything was done perfectly so I don’t think that there’s anything to be improved.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you have a website development project, ask for the design first. If you like the design, continue the project from there. Discuss the details upfront so that WeUno knows what’s needed exactly. For example, I gave only a few specifications early on. When development started, it was difficult to integrate new ideas because the product was already designed.
