They were engaged in this initiative from the very beginning. The concept and implementation of UI/UX were greatly influenced by the designer. The developers at AtraX constructed a significant portion of the mobile app.

Together with two of Atrax's developers and a designer, we were collaborating with their developers virtually and incorporating them into our team. I set up daily meetings and provided them with guidance. Every other week, we held planning and demo sessions and used a Scrum-based methodology. We tracked assignments using JIRA.

• Give people the tools they need to solve problems, provide better customer service, and simplify maintenance tasks.

After the project began, we gave our amiable beta users access to the initial version. Six months later, we launched the subscription system to generate revenue.
