They’re currently working remotely, but they might as well be in the office next door based on how quickly they get back to us. This really showed me how important our relationship is for them, and I can’t express how pleased I am with their communication. Aside from that, I really appreciate their flexibility with regard to pricing and payment. The latest project that we did was quite costly for us, but they were more than willing to work out a way for me to pay them on a monthly basis. They’re just generally wonderful to deal with.
