This application is hybrid. We worked on the React Native codebase concurrently to build both platforms.

After six weeks of beta testing the product, we're currently in the maintenance support phase. Although our products aren't yet on the market, the development procedure produced the desired results. Our goal was to construct this as fast as possible so that we could test it. With end users on both platforms, we now have a strong first draft. We are entering the market more swiftly thanks to the product's dependability.

They have excellent communication. It was just the correct quantity. Every day, we had a standup call, but if we needed to go further, we could schedule additional time. Not right now. We've already begun working with them on a support phase, and after we get feedback from the preliminary testing, we intend to continue working with them. The entire experience has been excellent.

We successfully launched the product and successfully brought on board eight customers. Less than 10 issues have been reported by customers thus far, which is an extremely low figure, and we have had no customer attrition.

Confluence, Slack, and Jira are used in project management. With typical sprint reporting tools like burndown charts and sprint retrospectives, we divided up the work into two-week sprints. According to style, we have traditionally sacrificed timeliness for flexibility.

Possess the ability to rationally resolve schedule and functional difficulties. Together, we accomplish our business objectives with this team. We hold them in the highest regard and their integrity. 

For the most part, I don't think of them as a different organization. In addition, they demonstrate inventiveness when faced with business obstacles and have a keen interest in understanding the real estate industry. They have shown to be a beneficial partner and I believe they are well-versed in the sector.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Calibraint could have done differently?

When we initially started working together, it was challenging for us to meet our deadlines because it was hard to gauge how much time and effort everything would take. This has really improved over time. In addition, I wish we had anticipated the serious performance problems that prompted our backend overhaul. 

Undoubtedly, the necessity for expediency and evolving requirements had a role in that. Nonetheless, it would have been wonderful if we could have saved time and money by having a senior technical evaluation of our architectural choices.

Calibraint simultaneously developed our website and a native app for iOS and Android platforms. Two teams have been allocated to work on our project. As we worked through the many iterations, they started to feel and look alike. 

Calibraint is developing both a client-side website and an admin panel for the website's backend, which will be used to manage every customer. I'm aware that they use Java and HTML, but other than that, I'm not sure. There is a frontend for marketing on our website. They are designing and constructing that portion. Their design is so amazing I'm in awe. After that, users can log in and use all of the website's inputs to make reports.

I know a few folks who will assist me with beta testing because I was employed by a company that produced a mobile construction app. Many of those who are employed in the field have given me really positive comments when I asked them to test out the smartphone application.

Customers have expressed a great deal of admiration for the design, even though I thought I had a firm understanding of their utilitarian needs. It's quite simple to use and has a neat interface. Although I had the framework assembled, I had no idea how it was going to look, so I have to give Calibraint nearly all of the credit for that.

Two employees of Calibraint with whom I have worked closely have truly grasped my demands and performed exceptionally well. They also made sure I had access to an experienced project manager for my project. That was helpful because he knew the building business well. A lead developer coordinator and I collaborate as well. We email three or four times a week and make one phone conversation per week. We utilize Skype as well. 

I receive the login credentials from them so I may check the website and application. It shocked me how simple it has been to speak with them. I was a little concerned about language hurdles because I hadn't worked with an international team previously, but it's been a breeze.
