I was really apprehensive about what they would come up with during the planning phase, but they delivered different examples of mood boards very quickly, and we iterated on those. They responded very fast to any inquiry, so I was comfortable with knowing that they would deliver high-caliber work. During the actual photoshoot, everything went according to plan A; we had no delays, and they stayed on budget and on time. We communicated via email and phone calls, and we used Trello for the planning.
