Beacons Point came onside to a conference of ours where we scheduled 7 customer interviews over the course of the day, videoed our customers, some B roll footage or our employees meetig with customers,  and then did the entire video edit to final.  This included:

• taking some of the interviews to use as voiceovers while creating annimatin and inserting B-roll and stock footage
• stitching the story together for each ouf our four products using customer interview content
• delivering us the final testimonial video that also served as an general explainer for our products.

We were slow on our end to get the appovals through and assets needed and they were patient, thorough and did a great job meeting our needs and expectations.

We started the process with a discovery meeting. Shortly after the discovery meeting, we started working on the voiceover script and storyboard. Filming took place locally in Arizona with one of our dealership partners. The final output file, which included both live action and 3D animation, was provided in early January, setting us apart from other vendors in the market.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At the moment, just a small number of people have seen our film, but I can say that it has made a tremendous impression both outside and inside our gates. This video has set the bar for what is achievable and will help enhance our brand.

Following our initial conversation, we had a kick-off meeting for the project and were allocated a producer. We were given a clear timetable outlining when revisions would be sent and feedback rounds would take place, and we swiftly went on to developing a script and gathering assets.

The campaign has only recently gone live, therefore performance figures cannot be provided at this time, however internal comment on the output has been quite positive.

The interaction between teams has been effortless. We've mostly talked via email and added comments to videos on Vimeo links, which has proven to be really effective. The crew was always willing to jump on a phone if something needed to be discussed further.

Their efficiency and communication skills impressed us. Considering the tight deadline, we're really pleased with the results. They were also extremely resourceful, shooting scenes at their studio with members of their team rather than actors. That really made the artwork come to life without breaking the cash.

They outlined the timeline for everything from the day of the shot until the editing process. I searched for a 90-minute video, but ultimately settled on a 2-minute one. The turnaround was expedited! I left comments immediately on the video and had a phone conversation with the editor. They fully understood my vision, and the finished video was provided after just three editing rounds.

We shared the video on our Slack channel, allowing the entire organization to see it. The video will be featured in advertisements and promotions for upcoming graduations, as well as utilized in email campaigns, social media posts, and website placements.

They had an excellent and user-friendly tool for editing videos! Since I couldn't be present in person, they followed up after the shoot to provide an explanation of how it happened. (Which I was grateful for!) With a few days' turnaround, the video was ready to be shown to our organization and the graduates on schedule.

Their expertise. I thought the job was well-handled. Gabe was very knowledgeable about when to pull quotations and footage to add that finishing touch to the piece. As I was editing, I was searching for bits of stuff that could make it even better. They didn't have much time to plan out the final product, yet they managed to film and edit the piece precisely as we had imagined.

We first communicated by phone and email. We decided on the requirements at our online conference. We supplied the materials in order to make our objective more clear to them. The screenplay was written by us. We commented on the storyboard they made. They managed the voiceover (we selected the appropriate voice from the list). Next, we selected the music from the list as well. They combined everything, even our feedback. We then requested subtitles from them

The video included both cover of the project, as well as interviews with the design team and their clients. Additionally, there was some VO included in the restaurant piece. Beacon's Point edited both pieces for use as promotion for the firm, as well as social media applications.
