I am the General Manager of Western Drilling

We design and build drilling tools for the Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, and Waterwell markets.  We are a large machine shop, providing drilling solutions to clients around the world.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Community Productions to accomplish?

• Professional photo and video production to update all our content for website and marketing. , capturing machining operations, production processes, equipment, worksites, teams, and more for marketing, corporate communications, websites, and social media.
• We needed very strong expertise on how to have the right content for our client base, which Community Productions helped us
• Community Productions delivered a high quality project, and was easy to work with. Highly professional, but personable.

Extensive video and photo coverage of our whole shop- All machines, management and ownership, building, yard, and tools.  Drone shots of inside and outside the building.  We need all new/fresh content for our website, for Linkedin posts,  marketing photos, and brochures

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Project moved on schedule, and deliverables were always ontime.    New content is much higher quality than the previous website and marketing photos and video.  Many comments from employees, friends and family saying how good the new content is.

The project went smoothly on schedule, communication for editing was easy, fast, and well understood.  Easy to ask for editing, they understood what we needed quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very friendly and personable. They operated with a high level of professionalism and impressive skill.

I worked closely with them during this project, and I liked that they communicated with headsets.  It meant the team of 4 of them could quickly get the right shots, continually be in sync with each other in a hectic environment, and also not be in the way of our operation as they were working among our team to get the content during a day shift.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Community Productions could have done differently?

Not any areas I can think of.
