Clear communication, responsiveness, positivity and patience all come to mind when I think of the workflow on this project. Questions were answered quickly, and if we wanted to make changes we were presented with options that were within our budget range, as well as options that we could consider later on. The team really took the time to explain each step of the process so I never felt overwhelmed or confused about my own responsibilities regarding delivering content, etc. The Company 119 team clearly had a great deal of knowledge, and took the time to talk through our needs and listen to concerns so that they could respond effectively. They were friendly and just generally easy to talk to.
