I’m the director of marketing and communication for an orthopedic group in the Greater Cincinnati area.

We needed outside support from a marketing and advertising vendor.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide a variety of marketing services including social media management, social media ads, blog content, PR, and digital display ads. 

What is the team composition?

Our main points of contact are Paul (President & CEO), Allie (Creative Director), Lisa (Media & PR Director), and Kyle (Social Media Manager). 

How did you come to work with Holland AdHaus?

We interviewed a lot of different vendors, and their industry expertise stood out to us. Their ability to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns was also impressive. 

What is the status of this engagement?

My company had used them before for PR services before I joined the team. However, we expanded the scope of their work with us to include more digital marketing work in June 2019. Our relationship with them is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website volume is up over 100%. They’ve had an integral role in increasing the volume of our site by producing blog content and managing social media. Our followers have also grown on social media. We’re newer to Facebook ads, but so far they’ve been successful for us.

Their management and creative ideas have helped elevate us and increase patient volume. They also have a great writer on staff that does our blog content. 

How did Holland AdHaus perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive and their leadership provides good project management. They manage the day-to-day and overall strategy of our social media. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their knowledge of digital marketing is excellent. They do a fantastic job of understanding how all the different pieces of digital marketing fit together. They’ve helped us strategize and come up with a game plan that’s been integral to our success. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, I think they’re a really strong team so I don’t know what they could do differently. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

You should talk to them about what ideas you have, and they’ll be good about coming up with a strategy to help you be successful.
