In the end, we wish we better set expectations on final asset deliverables around some design elements. While the brand book was a good start, we did want a few more assets, such as licensing for fonts provided for us and a few more original elements that we could work with moving forward. These were relatively minor and we did spend our billable hours in other places, so it was understandable.

Overall Amazing! If you are another restaurant or company looking for a strategy and branding company we cannot recommend them enough. The team truly cared about every single deliverable physical or not, down to the feel/appeal of it all. It can pretty pretty crazy to wrangle a team trying to open a restaurant but they kept us on a strict timeline so that we were able to get it done!

Over about an 8 month period I worked with the team at BS LLC to design and build a new website for my custom furniture business in Boston. It was a huge undertaking, and there’s no way I would have been able to understand the scope of the project, make design decisions, and manage the project, without the incredible guidance they provided. A website is a very personal matter.

It is arguably the most important sales tool for a business like mine, which relies on the majority of its sales to come from the internet. From day one they took the time to learn about my business and my goals, and to alleviate any fears I would have about the process. When we moved from discovery to design they put together a beautiful Figma file for me to review and the project started to get exciting.

They were incredibly diligent and patient throughout the process of reviewing and editing the Figma file, which is essentially the template for the website. Once the website was developed and in the editing stage, they worked hard to trouble shoot and tweak, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. I would highly recommend working with them if you really care about the process and final outcome of your website.

Our overall sales process has improved since we started using the HubSpot CRM solution that BS LLC implemented. Our follow-up process also improved since we now have all our customers’ information in one place. 

Overall, BS LLC’s work was excellent. They were supportive and helped me understand the platform enough to communicate its capabilities to my company for use and implementation.

BS LLC’s project management was excellent, and they met deadlines. The project took longer than we expected, but it was because of our delays. Moreover, we had weekly Zoom meetings and shared a document to track the project’s tasks.
