Phase Marketing was hired to make the website for my new law firm and to get it showing up on page 1 of Google for a number of searches related to criminal defense with the ultimate goal of increasing the number of potential clients that are contacting the firm.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ranking on Google search and maps for various search terms related to criminal defense. The law firm barely existed online and is now on page 1 for various high-volume and high-value criminal defense related search terms. Number of leads contacting the law firm via Google or website. More and more calls are coming from leads that found us via Google Maps or contacted us directly from our website. The amount grows every month, especially as we've started hitting page 1 on more search terms.

Phase Marketing puts in work every month and sends me a video summary of all they've done as well as the changes in measurables each month. During the initial assessment they told me it would take about a year to reach our goal of ranking on the first page of Google and they delivered that result prior to a year.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Caleb is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of advertising options. He knows SEO the best and sticks to it, but he is always happy to offer insight regarding other advertising possibilities. He also has good advice regarding handling leads. I am also impressed by the regularity with which he works. There aren't slow months or delays in projects. 

Every month the work gets done and every month at the start of the month I get a thorough update. I give him money and he gets me results while also answering questions I have along the way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Phase Marketing could have done differently?

If I racked my brain I'm sure I could come up with something they could improve, but I don't care to. There is nothing that immediately comes to mind that I think they need improvement on.

I am an assistant manager for a firm with multiple locations in Columbus and surrounding Ohio.

We were looking into investing in SEO to expand our market and capture more leads digitally. We hired Phase Marketing to consult us on market capture, and to see if SEO would be viable for our market.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked into multiple options, and chose their team after hearing them describe their process on how they determine market size and the "difficulty to value" ratio. It seemed like they were honest and transparent from the start.

Our relationship started with describing our target market and the radius around the city we would be going after. From there, they provided a keyword report stating the phrases, number of people searching those phrases, the difficulty of getting us to the top, and a projected cost of getting there. Everything was laid out in great detail, but in a way that was easy for my team to understand and take action on.

They assigned an SEO manager to generate the report, and we talked directly to a Co-Owner who explained the document.

After laying out their SEO plan, our team implemented immediately. We have seen great strides in traffic generated from Google, and will continue using their guidelines to grow.
