We had a project timeline for meetings and deliverables which we adhered to, with the exception of my team taking longer than anticipated to narrow down a selection from three stylescape options. This was a reflection on the quality of work shared by Longhouse--all three options were marketable, on point, and could easily have been selected so the decision making process for my larger board took longer than I thought it would. Longhouse was flexible through this process. The final delivery of the brand package included all the workshop components, design options, as well as all the final design assets as outlined and promised.

How little assistance they needed regarding our service/conference. Dawn has so much knowledge about CSBs and Behavior Analysis. Usually when working with vendors, so much of our time is taken up by having to explain what we do. Dawn was incredible. She explained everything thoroughly, provided 2 proposals, and suggested products/ideas that we never would've thought of.
