Cyboticx created a system from scratch that is pre-coded so that I can supply all of the artists and creatives with their own personalized applications. Our clients enter information about themselves, and the software system uploads that content into a premade template for the app. Our clients can then distribute that app to the app stores.

The software and system they put in place are working exactly how we need them to. I couldn’t ask for much more.

Starting with a one-paragraph note from my phone, Cyboticx designed and developed the entirety of my app. I didn’t provide any wireframes or designs, and we put together a basic concept through brainstorming and collaboration.

They gave me direction in terms of actionable steps, and I began to send over drawings and other materials to provide them with a better sense of my idea. We talked almost every day, in the beginning, to iron out my vision.

The app launched a few days ago, and we already have seven or eight five-star reviews. Cyboticx is helping me gain more traction on the App Store. I’m in touch with their head of marketing, and we connect via Skype every now and then to discuss tactics.

We had a project manager,  who was in touch with us every single day. She was awesome to work with and would give me frequent updates about what they were doing. We typically had meetings three to five times a week to go over the direction of the app. 

I would correct the course whenever I needed to, but for the most part, they stuck to my vision. They were always willing to look over my drawings and ideas, and we’d set up a meeting if there was a major change

I was also super impressed with their designer. They were phenomenal. I’m terrible at drawing and sent over the worst illustrations, and he always made them look amazing. He did screen designs and interface designs, as well.

They were also very responsive and would reach out to me personally whenever he needed more information. Working with me was probably a challenge at times, but they made it an incredibly nice experience.

I haven’t had any issues with them. Part of that could be because I’ve never worked with an app developer before, but I can’t think of any areas for improvement.

In order to get to know one another and talk about a plan, we first had an introductory conversation with Cyboticx. In order to create a statement of work and assess what we were getting for our money, we requested them to provide us with a summary of the many tasks they would complete each month. At one point, they handled Google and Facebook Ads, and we collaborated closely on keyword research.

They also performed some web construction work to enhance the page's headers and keywords for better SEO. After that, we developed the design and included a few features and capabilities to encourage more purchases and upsell the client as they proceeded with the transaction. Ultimately, we made significant changes to the website.

It was a lengthy approach because SEO takes a long time to show long-term benefits.  We observed improvements in the keywords and search terms we were working to enhance; frequently, they rose from page four to page one of the Google ranking. We made the necessary adjustments after identifying the low-hanging fruit in order to observe improvements in the ad expenditure and get some early victories. As we progressed, we turned our attention to other areas to improve outcomes.

They did an excellent job, going above and beyond the call of duty without charging us extra. They were also extremely on time. It was refreshing because they were effective communicators and met deadlines.

To monitor the outcomes, what was still pending, and what had already been finished, we utilized Asana to track the process in real-time. However, depending on the situation, we communicated by phone, text, and email in addition to using Google Meet for our calls.

The app is now only available on iOS, but we will probably soon collaborate with Cyboticx to develop an Android version.

They created the platform's front end and developed our web application. An algorithm is used by the app's employer and candidate sides to match profiles. The program automatically sends companies an email once a week listing the top five candidates for a certain position. Additionally, companies may easily search for candidates with our many filters.
They have helped us add more features and fix bugs since the web app launched.

Every month, our site receives thousands of views, and we've noticed an increase in the matching algorithm.

We've had a lot of excellent comments from our students. In general, they find the design to be straightforward and user-friendly. We anticipated a decline in the number of profiles created and a stable conversion rate; this suggests that candidates are finding the form to be simple to fill out. 

Employers provide us with more helpful comments, yet we are still satisfied with their side of things. To be fair, there are five steps in this build-out, and this is just the first. We must update our algorithm and close any holes in our technology and services. We're hopeful, though, because we're working on scaling the platform.
