We required seamless and efficient apps with complex logic yet a simple UI/UX. Since the applications work with hypotheticals, customizable data and functionality were necessary as well.

Our applications are ready for launch. The concept, code, elements, and features we had in mind for the apps have been elevated to a level worthy of the competitive market.

Communication was key, and they nailed it. I only had to explain concepts and logic ONCE, they made sure they understood what I wanted inside and out, then they got to work. I received constant updates and regular prototypes. The whole project took less than three weeks to complete, when other developers had estimated months to finish, and was therefore affordable.

A grassroots company that started from a nerdy teenager's dream, and grew exponentially in concept and size to be one of the top rated development companies online. Cyboticx's story is that of the American Dream, and this makes them humble, relatable, confident, and experienced.

Absolutely not. Cyboticx went above and beyond, and our family dream of bringing our excel sheets to life as published applications would not have been actualized without them.

Sign the Card is an online platform that allows large groups of people to sign digital cards for people together, whilst allowing them to also contribute a financial gift towards the recipient. I am the Experience Director and Co-Founder.

Cyboticx were hired to develop and build the platform for Sign the Card, based on provided designs and user flows. Their goals were to deliver a user friendly platform that could be constantly built upon as the product developed.

Cyboticx were selected based on their knowledge of the tools needed to bring Sign the Card to life. From day 1, they were invested in helping to bring the product to life with us, and help us along the journey.

We had several initial meetings to get the Cyboticx team across the complexity of what it was we were trying to build. As we has some unresolved design challenges, we workshopped with the team in the early stages to help rationalise what we were trying to achieve. The Cyboticx team recommended ReactJS as most of what were trying to achieve was usable front-end features for the user.

We primarily worked with their CTO and CEO. Both extremely knowledgable and talented in the space they work in.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've only really soft launched the product, so no real results to date worth noting. Very early days still. Very happy with the deliverable in the end. It a somewhat complex product that we had to make feel seamless, so that takes time and resilience to get right!

We had direct comms with the CTO and CEO, who were heavily involved in building a product. A project manager may have helped with constant comms, but considering we were all working across 3 timezones, communication was constant. The Cyboticx team were responsive when needed.

They've given us a powerful product we can now proudly take to market! They've been dedicated to supporting our business growth from day one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There's always bugs with these complex products, so maybe a consistent feedback and workflow tool would have helped. I know they currently use Asana for these things, so it might have meant some onboarding and training on our end to get us up to speed, rather than just using google docs/spreadsheets

I am the CEO of a small consulting firm in Canada that specializes in support for an ERP system called Spire Systems.

I have several clients that work in the service industry and were looking for a scheduling solution that was integrated with the Spire ERP system and able to select an order and assign it to a specific technician. I was looking for an application that was Client/Server in operation and have a module that would run on a cell phone. Nick and the boys at Cyboticx were instrumental in suggesting that it would be a more modern solution to offer a Software as a Service solution to the problem.

They understood, rather quickly, the concepts of what I was looking for and were able to work with the documentation that I provided to create the solution in a timely manner.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I used a third party software solutions company to track down a company that had the depth of skills necessary for what I was trying to do. After going through several companies looking for the right fit, I met Nick G. He is a very personable individual with a very sharp mind and was able to work with me to be able to perfect the solution that I was looking for! What was the deciding factor? To be honest, it was his location (he happens to be in the same time zone as we are), the price (isn't it always?) and the ability to grasp and deliver!

I had a very detailed PowerPoint presentation that I had created over several years and with very little interaction Cyboticx was able to deliver the product to market quickly. The project was really too small to have project steps. There was the kick off meeting, delivery of the spec for the software and a couple of check points to make sure that the outcome was going according to plan.

I worked with 2 people from Cyboticx as that was all that was necessary. The coordinator Nick G and a main programmer by the name of Bart!

The product looks great and is way more "modern looking" than my original design. I am anticipating great things as this part of the project is just the beginning. We are looking forward to working with Cyboticx to finish the other pieces of this software solution.

Management style? Simply two access points to the organization. The project coordinator and the head programmer. Communication was awesome! they are using WhatsApp and Google Meet to stay in touch.

They are human beings! Not just a cut and dried solution house with a cookie cutter solution. These guys are innovative and full of ideas to help you see a better future outcome than you could have imagined yourself.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Isn't there always a way to improve your system? Of course! Cyboticx was good at anticipating my needs and keeping me abreast of any new technology solutions that could help us... Although, they did keep trying to convert me to Apple... LOL

The app has various roles, as a complete B2B marketplace. Employees of restaurants can go into the app and view their order, as well as easily purchase merchandise from one or many vendors. They can pay by credit card, check, or other methods. At one point, we also had an offline mode for building the inventory for the restaurants. Vendors can also view the same app. They can log in, check their orders, and communicate with the buyer.

Upon initiation, I approached iCyboticx with my model, namely a patch-worked prototype I was using to derive some value. I wanted to begin beta testing it with a number of customers, so I presented my problem to iCyboticx. We worked collectively to determine what a valuable MVP would look like, in terms of offering value to the customers.

We’re halfway through running the NDRC accelerator program in Ireland. I’m targeting groups with large revenues, with users that aren’t very tech-savvy, typically restaurant workers. The engagement level has been really high, and users have found the UX to be really clean. Overall, traction’s been good so far.

There was a shift in project managers mid-project, but it went well. Cyboticx was timely and gave me daily updates over email. We held biweekly meetings between sprints. They kept me up-to-date with the project’s status. Their team used Slack internally, and we had video calls through Zoom.

They built out our backend, which is our technological backbone, from scratch. Their team was also responsible for the frontend, including UX, graphics, design, and the overall feel. They wrote the application in HTML and CSS. Their team also used Ruby on Rails. The application platform was also linked to various third party sites.

The product is done and we’re going to market next week. We had as positive of an experience as it gets. We’re very happy with everything they’ve provided.

If that means they have to push back on certain ideas to find better solutions, they will. We appreciate their honesty and candor.

Initially, we had a discovery phase where Cyboticx researched and presented some opportunities to us. Once we agreed on the scope, they performed SEO services. Since then, we’ve worked with them on keyword research. We do monthly reviews on how things go.

They’ve helped us work on the old blogs, going back to past blogs and interlinking them within our site. Also, they’ve got involved with our newer blogs to make sure that we have our keyword research in mind when we create content. Cyboticx informs our writers on how to do a better job crafting new content. Additionally, we’ve done some link building with some third-party sites.

Cyboticx created the Android mobile application, which included a simple content management admin panel. The mobile application's first version was primitive. As a result of the collaboration, a more advanced version was developed, allowing users to shop, search, and browse the things they are interested in. Furthermore, the payments through PayU were critical. To optimize the solution, a web administration panel was constructed, allowing us to manage some of the content displayed in the application.

In just a few weeks after the initial version of the app was released, more than 10,000 users had downloaded it. We witnessed a spike to over 100,000 users when we introduced in-app purchases. We were able to reach our customers through an additional sales channel, and the number of orders really increased as a result. Over the course of several years, hundreds of users have submitted feedback regarding the features offered by the application. As a result, we were able to get inspiration for how to develop it.

Our platform allows businesses to register and trade value with other users. Companies can create a profile that includes their name, photo, a brief description, and their website. Any user can access this information and request a trade. If both parties agree, they exchange monetary value that can be redeemed at a brick and mortar location.

I worked closely with Cyboticx throughout the project. In the beginning, I gave them a detailed outline of the functionalities we were looking for and our target clientele. They then created the UI design and developed the frontend. We have iOS, Android, and web versions of our platform.

They also created a super admin site that allows us to control the backend functionalities and monitor usage.

They continue to provide maintenance and updates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We performed a beta test on the product and found that it functioned very well. Based on the results and client feedback, we realized we needed additional design work to make it more user friendly. We went to Cyboticx with this request and they completed the edits in less than two weeks.

We’re preparing to relaunch. The project has moved as expected and Cyboticx has held up their end of the bargain, completing tasks in a timely manner.

They were highly responsive and did an excellent job of making themselves available. While I was initially concerned about the time zone challenges of working with an Indian company, this was never an issue.

Among the technologies they employed were SQL, PHP, and Java. What began as a little effort grew into a significant one.

Before working with Cyboticx, we had attempted to complete this task with three other firms. But the knowledge was simply lacking. Finding businesses like Cyboticx that are proficient in a variety of platforms is really difficult. They knew the solutions to every problem. 
Their technical proficiency was also excellent, and they had a thorough understanding of our issue and our goals. The group produced many excellent solutions. The team's ability to work on numerous platforms was beneficial because they are skilled in a variety of coding languages.
