We chose this agency after having identified several in China. We worked on some small topics before moving on to larger strategies and operations.

We have collaborated to define the best axes of the strategy to implement in China for our client. We transmit the contents to Gab China and they accompany us to adapt them as well as possible to Chinese social media (Wechat, Weibo, QQ, Yookoo ...). They also help us with the publication and moderation of content and support us on media coverage strategies for our social accounts.

We cannot share datas for confidentiality reasons but we are very proud of the growth of our Chinese social networks and the deployment carried out over these last 18 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a process that works very well. Both with occasional interventions for special operations and on a regular basis with points of exchange and follow-up on each of the subjects dealt with. Exchanges are made by email, telephone and video call. At each stage we set new progress goals together.

They always provide a great bang for your buck. I’d much rather hire them than an entry-level social media manager.

They’re great at managing the various assignments. If they say they can deliver it, they will. They’re always very upfront.

They have a tight turnaround with high quality. They’re the epitome of a hard-working agency and that’s their edge.

They should probably charge more for their services since they’re on par with more expensive agencies out there.

Don’t be afraid to be honest about what you need and when you need it. They’re really flexible and they work well under pressure. They all have thick skin and take critiques well.

Gab China really pulls the project. They introduced new technologies with the eagerness to move forward with each project. Which was exactly what we needed, somebody telling us what to do, sticking with it, and deliver.

The collaboration with Gab China is very open and team play. Any points of improvements on both sides can be discussed, and are taken care of together. So i have no points of improvements that come do mind.
