There were three faces to working with Slam: design, development, and launch!
**Design** We went through a brand discovery process where it was so much fun to see their interpretation of my values. The work was top notch. They did a fantastic job at turning my music, inspiration, and values into mood boards. It just felt right. I loved the colors chosen and the fonts, too. They captured who I am and the vision of Evergrowth! After the brand discovery and logo process, they started working on both wireframes and initial mockups. Really enjoyed seeing the colors, fonts, logo, and wireframes come to live.
**Development** During the development phase, they translated the design mockups into both static and dynamic pages using Webflow, ensuring the website's flexibility, showing up properly on mobile, and ease of future updates. They also set-up all the redirects from all my resources to the new site and setup all the SEO metatags. This was awesome because it allows all my resources to show up properly in search engines. They took care of setting up DNS configurations to prepare for a smooth launch!!! I was so happy to see it out in the world.
**Train** They provided training and documentation through Looms, a walk-through, and a hub on Notion where we can go back and check these resources! The Slam team lives and breathes branding & great design!!!

I am so happy with their design work and now having a website that has everything I need (easy to use, fast, beautiful, scalable) to continue growing!

Slam is super organized!!! They have everything on Notion, send quick action items after calls and send reminders if we miss anything. They send everything prep in advance to review so we can use meeting times to actually discuss the feedback vs spending the time presenting. I was traveling and they made everything easy for me to review.

We partnered with Slam Media Lab to develop a comprehensive brand strategy for our nonprofit that would help us reach our target audience. The scope of their work included the following deliverables:
Rebrand Identity & Strategy: Slam worked with us to identify the key elements of our brand and develop a strategy for rebranding. This involved brainstorming sessions, a discovery guide, and moodboards, where we brought together our ideas and translated them into visual concepts.
Slam created a comprehensive rebranding strategy and developed branding collateral such a brand standard guide on how to use our new elements, content treatments, illustrations, and more. This makes it easy for everyone in our company and our partners to maintain a consistent look and feel. They also created any additional branding collateral that we needed.
Slam is also working on graphics for flyers, prints, social, email templates for our usage. They used the content treatments developed in the previous phase to ensure that everything was cohesive and consistent with the overall strategy.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Slam uses Notion, Figma, and email to project manage their brand projects, and this has been one of the smoothest projects I’ve worked on with a brand and design agency. The team has been very flexible with ours with changes of timelines and changes of priorities!

Please describe your company and your position there.
CEO Coach and founder, former COO of Mochary Method
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Slam Media Lab?
I hired Slam to help design a new brand and a website on Webflow. The goal was to migrate all the content, establish a new look and feel to my new brand, and building one source of truth for all my CEO coaching resources.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Selected Slam because: 1/ Have seen their work in the wild and through mutuals and was impressed with their responsiveness and project management 2/ Strong design and development portfolio, plus they’re Webflow experts too 3/ Have a strong SEO background which made it easy for me not to have to hire someone else
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The scope of work involved multiple steps. The primary objective was to move my content from Notion and Super Site to Webflow to consolidate my resources and direct my audience to one place. Part of the scope was also to implement a no-code marketing funnel to capture leads and build an audience in Convertkit.
Breaking down the deliverables below:
Content migration: Transfering text, images, and templates from the previous platforms to Webflow in a way that preserves the original structure and organization of the content.
No-code marketing funnel: The team implemented a no-code marketing funnel for Regina Gerbeaux's website. This included creating gated content to capture leads, such as templates and reports.
Branding: Slam developed branding for my new website, including a mood board, logo, color scheme, and font pairing. The branding was designed to be professional, modern, and reflective of my expertise as a top CEO coach and founder.
SEO optimization: The team optimized the copy on the website for keywords, including writing meta titles and descriptions, to help improve the site's ranking in search engine results.
Wireframes and mock-ups: The team created wireframes and outlines of the website's layout and content structure, as well as high-fidelity mock-ups to give me a sense of how the website would look and feel once completed.
Training: Finally, Slam provided training on how to manage and make changes to her website. This included instructions on how to update content, make design changes, and manage the site's backend.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked with the head of design and operations and the CEO.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
This is easily one of the best experiences I've ever had working with a team, and I’ve worked with a lot of vendors. The team is fast, takes feedback very well, and has strong design eyes. Within launch, I had 200+ new visitors check out my resources.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We mostly communicated async via email, and it went very smooth! We were able to move fast this way. They created a Notion project management hub to keep me informed and put everything in one place. We also occasionally had synchronous calls when I needed it, and it was great to quickly get aligned.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Partnering with Slam has been an exceptional experience. The team is highly proactive, knowledgeable, and communicates in a clear and informative way! I am always learning something new. Working with them has been a lot of fun, making the entire process more engaging.
The results of our collaboration have made a significant impact on my brand and business. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking web design and SEO! The quality of the company is a direct reflection of its people, and Slam undoubtedly has a team of marketers and designers!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The team actually asked for feedback midway through, and I gave a few notes on small things that could be improved process wise. I love that they take it seriously and apply it. They’ve gone above and beyond to support me!

The Slam team was extremely professional and attentive to our needs, always making sure we were happy with the direction of the design.
One of the standout features of the website is the clean and modern design, while implementing a translation tool that allowed our users to see everything in Spanish. The layout is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it a breeze for our members to learn about the courses they are looking for. Nancy, our web lead, was extremely diligent in the face of multiple timeline changes due to changes in our timeline.
They were understanding and flexible, and they were able to accommodate the changes without any impact on the quality of their work. The project surpassed expectations, driving registrations and promoting our work. It has been so well-received by our community and partners that we’re expanding the project. You know a company by its people — and Slam has amazing people with a diverse and strong background.
