We initially had major issues that Titan was able to help identify for us and step in quickly to help fix issues after the fact. If they hadn't noticed some of these issues right away, it could have been disastrous for us. Titan has been on top of things since day 1, even when it's not something they are responsible for (i.e. web development). The Titan team is always available and accommodating while being ruthless in taking business away from our competitors.
