BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a veterinarian and owner of Tanglewilde Veterinary Clinic, a primary care, general practice small animal clinic in Houston, Texas.

For what projects/services did your company hire Second Nature?

Second Nature redesigned our website, took over our social media management, and has continuously provided content for the website for both internal and external marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a reliable, responsive and comprehensive web development team to partner with us for marketing and education. Our intention is a long-term relationship with an effective and competent firm.

How did you select Second Nature?

After re-evaluating the work of our big-box and cookie-cutter vendor, we prioritized work ethic and responsiveness. The owner of Second Nature engaged and addressed all concerns, and immediately built a program to meet our needs. More than any other company, Second Nature identified with us.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Second Nature re-developed the website, building each page and its content from scratch. The team continues to update it regularly, as well. Their work is almost hands-off for our team - they handle it all.

Additionally, Google Ad campaigns are created and managed, monitored and reported regularly. Any feedback is addressed quickly. A variety of social media accounts are also routinely updated and monitored with relevant content, reflecting our values to our audience.

What was the team composition?

The team has grown incredibly in the past year and a half, all still representing the energy and enthusiasm, as well as respect and appreciation of Second Nature's founder.

Several members help create content for web and social media, keep appraised of the clinic's current needs and provide direction for updating all aspects of the marketing plans. They are all an email, text, call or smoke signal away from our needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The number of Google phone call conversions continues to perform consistently to increasingly year over year. We are clearly attracting clients who share our values, and the business is supported and growing thanks to the work of Second Nature.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

This team is organized and effective, and manages themselves well without our direction. When a routine consult, question or curiosity may arise, however, the team members are responsive and eager to follow up, as would be expected of such professionals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Second Nature is energetic, relational, professional, and committed to our values like a member of our in-house team. Our priorities are theirs.

Are there any areas for improvement?

While I realize no one is ever exactly perfect, I can only compliment Second Nature for meeting and exceeding my expectations.
