Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO of Perkville, a customer loyalty and referral platform. We own Middle, an integration platform as a service company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Progeektech Marketing?

We wanted to address two things with Progeektech Marketing. First, we needed to improve our web presence by updating our websites. Secondly, we wanted to improve our SEO efforts to help us rank better in Google search results. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the beginning of the engagement, Progeektech Marketing designed a website for Middle entirely from scratch. Their team strategized what web content and pages were needed and then developed the wireframes. They added new graphics to the website and then developed it in Webflow. 

Then, Progeektech Marketing migrated our Perkville website from our previous host to Webflow. They updated the site’s graphics and changed our blog page structure as part of the migration. Progeektech Marketing’s team also added a Calendly integration so users can schedule product demos. Once that was complete, they began restructuring the features page, which they are still working on. 

Progeektech Marketing also assisted with our SEO efforts. Their team completed keyword analysis using Google Analytics to locate holes in our existing SEO work. They took stock of where we were ranking at the time, our competitors and their rankings, and how we could improve. Progeektech Marketing then optimized our content to highlight our new keywords to improve our Google rankings. While we preferred to create the content, they provided feedback on each piece to optimize the site. 

As a side project, Progeektech Marketing designed a booth for Middle when we went to a trade show, which was very helpful.

I work with Yader (CEO), who works with a team on the backend.

How did you come to work with Progeektech Marketing?

I found Progeektech Marketing on Fiverr when I was first looking for a designer to help build a website for Middle in Webflow. It was challenging to find a Webflow designer, but Progeektech Marketing offered fair pricing and had a solid portfolio, so we hired them. The initial Middle project went so well we decided to work with them on other projects. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $30,000 with Progeektech Marketing. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with Progeektech Marketing in April 2021 and our partnership is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The most significant impact is that we now have a website for Middle, which has helped us drive sales. We’ve received a lot of positive user feedback about the design of the Middle website as well. 

We’ve also seen some improvements in our search engine ranking for the Perkville website, but we’re still in the early stages of that work, so there are no statistics. However, I’m confident the work Progeektech Marketing is doing will improve our rankings overall. 

How did Progeektech Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Progeektech Marketing is timely, quick, and always delivers on time. They utilize ClickUp for project management, which we’ve also begun using. They use Markup to share web design mockups. We have weekly Zoom meetings with Progeektech Marketing. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Progeektech Marketing does great work at a great price; they have a lot of SEO strategy and Webflow development knowledge. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes Progeektech Marketing works too quickly, which can lead to typos in the content they provide, but they fix them quickly. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d advise customers to be organized at the beginning of the project and tell Progeektech Marketing precisely what they want from the partnership.

For what projects/services did your company hire Progeektech Marketing?

We planned a soft launch for Jan 2022 and needed a website to direct traffic to for clients to sign up.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Progeekt came as a referral from a friend who has a similar business

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Yader got on a call with me to discuss how everything worked, explained the timeline and set expectations. From there, he sent me some information to gather information about my expectations and he and the team got to work. We met several times throughout the project to make sure our vision was alligned.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was an internal team working on our project, but I don't know who or how many because Jader was my only point of contact and handled EVERYTHING for us from start to finish.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On day 1 of our soft launch, we had 15 people directed to the website who signed up.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

10/10. It was effective AND effecient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The end result of our website exceeded my expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope. Everything was better than I could have asked for.
