Zo was hired to develop our brand guidelines including mission, vision, position, voice, colors, logo use, storyline.  They also designed a new website using the new brand guidelines.  Finally, they delivered a social media playbook which outlines how and when we communcate with consumers across 4 key communcation pillars.

Total clarity in brand positioning that has been shared out with other partners who work on the business.  Conistency across all communcation channels.  New website launch upcoming in the next week.  Overhauled Facebook and Instagram communciations.  Much stronger and inspirational brand focus.

Project management was top notch.  Communication was clear and concise and timely.  The budget was always adhered to and there were never any surprises.  The team was very attentive to all needs at all times and the project ran like clockwork.  Communcation was strong all the way through. We could not have been happier.

This is a very unique agency in that they were all so incredibly invested, even with a smaller budget.  Our project was budgeted at approximately $20K.  We were very open and honest that we would not be able to afford an agency for the long term with our business model.  That didn't matter one bit.  From the CEO down, every team member was so incredibly engaged.  The team was very crafty in finding solutions to our budget constraints.  This was most impressive.  I've worked with many huge global agencies over the past 30 years and Zo delivered as much or more than any agency.  Additionaly, the strategy work that was completed was world class.  Zo has an amazing team of strategic thinkers that really brought fresh new ideas to the table and elevated our brand.

Since this was developing assets and branding there are no measurable outcomes as of now, but in my opinion they were extrememly successful in creating exactly what I wanted.  As well as a product that will suit my needs as the company grows.

My account manager was extremly prompt and professional with any of my questions or needs.  They outlined a schedule of deliverables at the beginning of the project and all dates were met on time.  They always inform me about the project's progress and give me ample time to review all the assets as we progress.

My scope of work was relatively small but this project went so well that there really isn't anything to point out in terms of areas of improvement.

After we chose zö agency to be our service provider, I started working with the team to figure out the best way to market our services to Trade Act representatives. We provided zö agency with all the documents they needed, laying out our program, goals, and the participants we were trying to reach.

The team has worked with social media and email. We've had zö agency target offices and locations around Oregon. Whenever people enter that boundary, they get those targeted ads on their phones. The team has also done geotagging for some events.

Our engagement with zö agency has been really successful. We’ve gotten a lot of hits on our ads. Additionally, we’ve seen an increase in leads, the events that people are signing up for, and the hits on our website. Overall, the quality of zö agency's work has exceeded our expectations. The team has been amazing to work with. zö agency is always helping me come up with new ideas.

They’ve delivered on time and within budget. We communicate well via phone calls and email. Initially, the team tried to use Google Docs, but our agency doesn't use that tool.

No, there aren’t any areas they need to improve. They’ve had staff changes, and I’ve had some new teammates to talk to. However, they’ve all been great. Even with the staff changes, they’ve been really good at communicating who I would be interacting with, and the new person has always been up to date on my case.

We asked Zo to help us differentiate our project from our parent organization in terms of culture and brand identity and then develop event, ad, and printed materials that could carry us into a multi-phased launch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In addition to receiving fantastic tangible goods like a branded tent, merchandise (swag), and printed materials they provided guidance and education on best practices on foundational brand documents including culture, mission and values. Later as we launched our digital campaign we received weekly updates on the dollars spent and number of visitors and interactions this generated. This culminated in a successful first-wave launch and we look forward to our shared future success.

zö agency provided us with a questionnaire to help them understand the direction we were looking to go regarding logo design. The questionnaire focused on what we wanted to highlight specifically and the kind of brand that we wanted to put forward. We also reviewed other companies’ logos to choose what we liked and didn’t from each one.

The website is being built from scratch with Flywheel and will have a home page, a contact us page, an about us page, and a services offered page. zö agency has also designed business cards and envelopes to mail our brochures.

There was an initial 'getting to know us' period and since then we've been pleased with the level of detail recommendations, planning and reporting have entailed. They provide the research we don't have time to do, put together content and help keep us on track toward reaching our goals.

We are still early in our campaign but we have seen increases in calls and responses, website engagement and SEO/google presence. It is more difficult to track conversions but we are working on that.

Mostly great; there have just been a few instances where I needed to find out what was going on with a project when too much time had passed.
