      Arsh is wonderful to work with. He's very focused and efficient with his time, so whenever he sets up a meeting, he's on time and ready to go; he's very punctual in that regard. Moreover, I've found Arsh to be very flexible and easy to work with. For example, if we want to update a section on our own, he does the first page and shows us how to do the rest of the pages ourselves so that we can save money in that regard.

      Arsh and Jessica were great to deal with and easy to work with. They understood that we weren’t tech-savvy, so they broke down terms as ideas in layman’s terms. Sometimes we didn’t do a good job of conveying our thoughts, but they were great at finishing the sentences on our end. Overall, they made our job very easy and got us through the whole process.

      Teammates who had never worked with Baunfire noticed a big difference working with them compared to working with the previous agency. They listened to our needs and guided us on best practices and how to build certain features. Baunfire knowledge went beyond traditional web development. Our previous agency constantly told us that they couldn’t do certain things to the site. However, when Baunfire came in, they told us that, in reality, the other agency didn’t want to do them. Those requirements were doable, but they required putting in a little more effort.
