Project management was excellent. Weekly Zoom meetings and regular emails kept us on track and up-to-date. Links to sample pages helped to visualize progress. Examples of websites that we provided were helpful to create the look and feel we wanted. The "invisible hand" of the project with these elements guided their design choices which provided freedom and curbs to the final product. The third moment of truth, the project management handover, impressed me with their overall capability and professionalism. The relaxed communication format continued throughout the process and minimized technical barriers, although there were new tools I had never been exposed to.

Not only that, but they really helped me print out the right HIPAA paperwork. I changed all my compliance paperwork this year in January with their guidance: consent forms, privacy notices. Apparently, every office is supposed to have a notice of their privacy practices. Ours have to be on a board in a waiting room, and they provided that for us. That notice is now framed in our waiting room. Now, if a HIPAA compliance officer comes in, they can see that there is one displayed. They're always there and very responsive. I think they're busy sometimes, but we’ll work out a time that works for both of us since I'm busy too. It's just very comfortable to work with them. They’re just like a part of our staff right now.

They have great communication and flexibility, especially with regard to legal and regulatory compliance delays on our side. Their level of partnership and desire to really help us out is probably the biggest thing. I haven’t really seen that level of integration with some of the other agencies I’ve worked with in past roles. Even though the budget for some of those projects was ten times what we are working on here, they were not nearly as flexible. Those agencies were far quicker to increase charges if we had a delay, whereas SWECKER has just been more nimble.
