Property management is a reactive kind of business, so we had a lot of abrupt situations, like office moves. Framework was able to accommodate us incredibly quickly. Employee satisfaction was pretty good too. Across the board, employees were satisfied when they shared those metrics, and our tickets went down by 40–50% after the first 60 days.

I can’t emphasize enough Framework’s ability to work with a company that was in a poor state and needed to be brought out of it. They had the ability to work with leadership and even bring in their own leadership to examine the problem from a business point of view. I had someone working for me on the helpdesk, and we were able to integrate that gentleman into their help desk, so that he could escalate tickets and work in a hybrid way with their team.

When we engaged with them, Framework was the most competitive option by far, but they were also willing to work with us at the lowest level. That may be because of all the competitive research we did, and how we were able to talk to them. I’d recommend being willing to explain the organizational structure a little bit and to develop a relationship with them.

We had four employees doing compliance, who are now doing different things, so we definitely saw an increase in productivity. Going through the initial discovery process actually allowed us to clean up and do a much better job at hiring, and the solution they built was exactly what we needed. It automated our process as much as possible, and solved our biggest issues with tracking training and expired documents. We can also communicate better with caregivers through the software. That’s a big plus as well.

Another company may not have gone that deep into our process to figure out why we did what we did. Neologic asked a lot of questions and tried to figure out the process behind each document, and that’s what made them stand out.

I am sure that this was in part done to serve Taction Software's developers, who were more accustomed to using the new framework, but it was refreshing to see a brand new website delivered to us, when all we were asking for was a responsive design.
