Scorpbit was in charge or transforming our UX / UI designs into a custom and fully integrated automotive marketplace. They handled API integrations with several vendors to allow for credit check, ID verification, banking verification and automotive data aggregation among others. The work was handle remotely with care and they became vital team members in our development.

We launched in August 2023 and were able to quickly absorb marketshare in the automotive brokerage space. We will soon have them working on a large language model to support the influx of conversations we are having as we continue to grow Canada's largest automotive brokerage.

Project management was seamless and efficient. Although we pushed as much as we could for sprint deliverables, the team at Scorpbit worked tirelessly to deliver. Since the project lasted years they became part of the extended operations family.

I was impressed by Scorpbit's talent. It's not often that you can find the right mix of technological know-how combined with the biz ops side. This balanced out the team's concerns on both side of the coin and ultimately created a much better product.

Overall they were accomodation and we would hire them again so nothing stands out.

I am the CTO at picknchoose food delivery app, We are a team that specializes in customer-specific problem and provide a streamlined process in customer service. We created the idea which blows up in our mind when we realize this is something missing and need of people. Then we decided to give the face of realization into reality. For developing our mobile device application which is based on ios and android, we heard about scorpbit through my friends and we had several discussion and I liked there ideas and creativity.

What were your goals for this project?

the timeline of this project was so short and scorpbit didn't disappointed me at all my goal was to make sure the project goes live in such a short period and they made it happen.

I heard about them from one of my friends they told me about scorpbit technologies and when I started doing several meetings they turned out a very Profesional and hard-working team!

PNC is one of our innovation and our mission is to provide people the most comfortable process of food ordering around the country through this platform by engaging the end-user.

PNC is not only beneficial for customers but also it will help out restaurants to uplift their business and riders to provide delivery services. We have a vision of being a trustworthy, leading food delivery service company that will be a massive manifesto for our customers.

They developed our mobile application based in React Native and Laravel. Since then, they've maintained a complete mobile application with logistics and tracking solutions.

There were two mobile app programmers, one backend developer, and a project manager working on the project.

One of my colleagues recommended them.

We spent about $12,000.

We worked together from October 2019–February 2020.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

within 4 months our application was live and I must thank this great and fantastic team to make it happen. They were reliable, and their coding was very strong.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

they were very professional at there work and they provided me with some unique ideas and different strategies for this project

They have strong communication and project management, which made customer support phenomenal. While there were some bugs, they fixed issues right away when we reached out about them. The only downside is that they don’t have someone who can translate Arabic.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

in the starting I wasn't sure and a bit of afraid because the timeline was so short and making it happen was one of the toughest decisions I think.

They’re very optimistic. While I had a UI for the project, they offered me a more creative, superior one. Their team is exceptional, and I'd love to work with them again.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I'm so much happy with there development and support they gave us. There have been some miscommunications because they don’t have an Arabic speaker.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When you start a project, instruct them to onboard a translator if you'll need one to avoid miscommunications.

Overall, their project management was commendable. Despite facing some delays due to the complexity of the scope, they managed the project effectively. Deliverables were provided mostly on time, and any delays were communicated clearly and understood given the project's nature.

They were responsive to our needs, making necessary adjustments and ensuring the project's success. Their proactive communication and problem-solving approach were key strengths in managing the project's demands.

What impressed me most about Scorpbit was their ability to make significant progress given limited resources. They were always available to help and assist us, maintaining a positive attitude throughout.

Public holidays were always a bit tricky to manage, likely due to late government announcements. Employees could improve by outlining the scope of work before starting new tasks, which would be incredibly helpful.

Additionally, Scorpbits can offer regular training to ensure their employees are continually improving their skills. These adjustments would enhance their already commendable performance and responsiveness.
