We communicate with them on a platform as opposed to email which helps with organisation and means all files can be found easily. We have catch ups every 2 weeks but they are available anytime for ad hoc questions and help. So far, everything has been delivered on time.
They’re very structured. They recruited a project manager specifically for this project and they run through Monday.com, email, and phone to keep everyone posted. We have weekly standups, monthly briefs, and quarterly review sessions. We also like their flexibility– whenever I change my mind or see an opportunity they react to perform that for me.
