I’m the managing director of Prohibition PR, a PR and social media agency based in the north of the UK. We have about 40 clients and a turnover of about £2.5 million a year. We target three or four sectors, B2C and B2B, and we’re listed in the top 150 PR agencies in the UK.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pixcell 🇬🇧 HubSpot Onboarding & Implementation?

We hired Pixcell to help us audit how we could improve and regenerate our HubSpot integration and CRM with our new business processes.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pixcell has come on board and audited our CRM. They've told us where there were chances to automate things and make things so we didn't have to do everything manually. Everything they do is bespoke.

We've had fully automated contact pages on our website. People used to fill out the contact form, and we would allocate them individually. Now, it scores a contact, decides on what rank that person is by the score, distributes those contacts around the business, and enrolls them in sequences. We don't have to do anything until that person replies and says they're interested. It has taken quite a while, and there have been quite a few stages.

They've also created a lot of dashboards, which are all customizable. We can use them to see how effective what they've done is in generating leads.

What is the team composition?

We've been involved with three to four different people. A junior associate helps me with the implementation. I also speak to Cameron and Fawwad, the founder.

How did you come to work with Pixcell 🇬🇧 HubSpot Onboarding & Implementation?

I wanted to use a specialist company that could go into HubSpot and do the actual implementation because HubSpot's technical implementation is quite challenging for most people. I think Pixcell contacted me and focused on some sort of benefit they had.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay £1,000 a month, so around £12,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since March 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They're one of the best suppliers we've ever used because they really do add value. They're more than just trying to sell stuff; they're quite good at suggesting things that will optimize and improve efficiencies and help the business.

We measure them by the efficiencies, so we don't have to get people involved anymore. Before, there were many elements involved in looking at a lead, engaging with that lead, and returning the lead's credentials. Now, that's done automatically. We've reduced a lot of my senior team's time involved, which is a relief.

How did Pixcell 🇬🇧 HubSpot Onboarding & Implementation perform from a project management standpoint?

They keep deadlines and regularly update us. We have weekly meetings over Google Meet and use email for conversations. I communicate over email, and then they investigate and get on top of it. They manage the projects through ClickUp, so we can see when a project's been raised, what they're doing, and where they're at.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The fact that they add proper value and are looking at ways to improve our capabilities is impressive. Rather than just trying to sell all the time, they actually audit businesses and look at what they can help with. They advise on where they can help first and what will make the biggest impact.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I'm very happy with them.

Ensure your CRM is as up-to-date as possible before you speak to them. Let them do the audit first, ask them to make recommendations on what would make the biggest impact on your business, and take their advice. Then, choose what you want to invest in and have regular meetings with them.
