We found those methods to be the best way to communicate and track their progress without bothering their developers too much. We also have weekly meetings. TPx secures multiple project managers for each area of the project to ensure that each goal is met as efficiently as possible. If road bumps occurred, they were handled with professionalism and the end result was always better than we anticipated. It takes moments to receive a reply to an email, text message, or phone call. It's quite impressive.
