I am also grateful to see continuity in the folks we are working with. Sometimes companies have 'start up' staff and then pass you off to someone else - which doesn't always work well. BetterWorld has not done that.

They're all about helping us win, and that's spectacular for an MSP. Aside from that, their team of account managers has a really great width of experience. They were able to find someone who has a lot of relevant knowledge in our area, so choosing them was a very easy decision just because of how they hire their account managers and their expertise. When we went to phase 2, they completely changed the backend of the solution, from the framework to functionalities. Taction Software went above and beyond in creating a responsive design, sharpening up our website, giving it a responsive design and additional functionalities. I am sure that this was in part done to serve Taction Software's developers, who were more accustomed to using the new framework, but it was refreshing to see a brand new website delivered to us, when all we were asking for was a responsive design. This was a pleasant surprise from Taction Software.
