I’m the COO of ATA Services, a government contractor specializing in staffing.

What challenge were you trying to address with TeamLogicIT?

We were looking for someone to help us with our IT needs because we didn’t have the time to establish an internal IT department.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TeamLogicIT provides various IT services for us. Firstly, they monitor our computers to ensure that we’re able to work efficiently. Whenever we have any issues related to our hardware or our network, we call TeamLogicIT to troubleshoot them for us. They also oversee our remote backup system, which they refresh at the end of every day. Additionally, they’ve taught some of our staff how to use OneDrive to help them work from home.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 3–5 people, including Jared (Owner & CEO), Victoria (Director of Client Solutions), and a few technicians.

How did you come to work with TeamLogicIT?

We found them through a Google search. We interviewed two other companies, but we felt that TeamLogicIT could provide the most tailored solutions.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $10,000–$15,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in October 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

TeamLogicIT quickly solves our problems, and they genuinely want to help our staff and give easy-to-follow instructions. The team has done a better job than the other IT providers we worked with in the past. 

How did TeamLogicIT perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is excellent. The team makes their deadlines super clear and updates us on their progress frequently. Furthermore, they follow up with us to ensure that our issues are resolved. We typically communicate via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

TeamLogicIT has been wonderful to us. They’ve taken the time to get to know us and understand our problems, which has allowed them to provide effective solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything critical to say about the team.
