How did you come to work with DYCSI?
When we started with our research about the best technologies to use for this project, we started doing online research. We found them during this research and we really liked the fact that they offered a standard solution. In terms of budget, they were the most efficient choice for us as other platforms required yearly maintenance and other specifics.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent between $50,000-$200,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in March this year and implemented the project in June.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Both us and the sponsors of this project ended up very happy with the results. We were able to comply with all norms as we needed. We’re now able to have better management of our processes. Plus, we didn’t have any issues with deadlines or costs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thanks to their help, we met our goals and the module was successfully implemented. This allows us to have better control of our lease contracts and to comply with the most recent accounting norms.

We had a continuous follow-up process every week. Our deadlines were very tight but we had a great account manager assigned and she was able to meet all our requirements.
