The only back-and-forth and tension that can arise in a project like this is during the clarification of expectations beforehand. We always plan three or four rounds of feedback before any major step. The client may want something that isn't in the designs and technical requirements they approved. Graffino was reasonably flexible, adding things that weren't in the initial brief. This can be tricky to navigate, but it went well for us.

Each sprint had clear deliverables that we both agree to follow. Each week we had a meeting to review the progress of the sprint + review and adjust (if needed) the next week sprint. What I liked most about our way of working was that Graffino was setting realistic expectations to us in terms of time of development in the available budget we had allocated. Yes. They were onto all of my requirements before I was! As a very busy professional, they delivered great customer service, outcomes, KPIs and work scope. Everything they said they could do - they did - to the work budget. I’ve even managed to put extra features in the app, courtesy of the app not costing as much as I thought it would. They were professional and ALWAYS chased me to finish the work. I pretty much didn’t have to hassle them at all - they finished the work often earlier than I expected!
