We needed a way to showcase several of our stadium for our game to share with investors. The stadiums had to be accurate to what was in the game, but with more functionality, such as being able to walk through the stands (normally this is not possible in the game).

We've begun showing it to investors and their response has been overwhelming with regards to the method of showcasing the game using this type of project.

We spoke several times a week during the initial setup. After things were going well and they know what needed to be done we spoke once a week (or more if needed). They always worked with me on any recommendations or needs, and can't imagine a better response to our expectations.

MPMTeam’s videos have exceeded our expectations. The videos have been published on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

How did MPMTeam perform from a project management standpoint?

MPMTeam has performed well in terms of project management. They adhere to our established timelines and budget, and they’ve been excellent at managing our expectations, communicating, and providing us with updates.

We typically communicate through phone calls, video calls, instant messaging, and emails. They are very responsive. We use Google Meet, Slack, Figma, Google Drive, and Google Docs for project management.

We’re most impressed with MPMTeam’s ability to go above and beyond the scope of the project.

What challenge were you trying to address with MPMTeam?

We needed help with marketing and advertising animation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MPMTeam created marketing and advertising animations for us, which included 3D animation advertisements. They made an AR app to show 3D versions of our real estate investments. They've also done several graphic designs in 3D for our social media.

For the animation, they created the storyboard and then made the graphics that showed how everything would look. Consequently, we gave MPMTeam our feedback, and they corrected it until it was perfect.

They helped explain the process; they did the research and were well prepared at the beginning of our work together. Their team told us what to do, created the audit, and tried to understand what we were doing and who our target audience was to deliver something accordingly.

We started working together in June 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They've been really helpful, and I'm so happy with them. The videos are on Facebook, Instagram, and our website.

Regarding the animations, my marketing manager said we got a lot of new potential clients and that we sold one of our real estate investments very quickly. For the AR app, one of our real estate agents was happy with it because he could show potential customers what the house would look like.

How did MPMTeam perform from a project management standpoint?

They were well prepared for the project; they sent me a link for ClickUp with everything they created for us and showed us the process. Overall, they were amazing.

Regarding communication, we used Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The CEO is a very funny guy; we clicked very well, our conversations were amazing and helpful, and he knew how to help us.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — my marketing managers are really happy with their work.

They know what they're doing; take time with them so they can understand what you want.

I am the CEO of Macahl animal health, we manufacture a unique Oral rehydration solution for companion animals under our brand Oralade. Started in 2006, Oralade is the UK's No1 veterinary product for Oral rehydation support with dogs and cats and distributed Globally in over 54 countries.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire MPMTeam?

We initially started working with MPM to design some high res 3d renders of our products for marketing materials and website. When we saw the potential of what they could offer and deliver, this led to creating some really exciting Hero style images to explain our products use and benefits in a visual image with an exploding IV bag and tag line.

It was then we realized the potential to have MPM design a high res 3d animation that would visually tell the story of how our product works, what ingredients/benefits it contains and how it solves a problem where other products have failed. Meetings between ourselves and MPM and our own designer were clear and to the point and they quickly adopted our brief and presented a story board to match.

Any required changes along the brief were quickly taken on board and the communication was very clear. The end result animation is the best piece of work on our brand we have ever done and has also produced other assets such as graphic elements that can be used for other materials such as print or digital. MPM are very reliable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The quality of their design is outstanding, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for 3d graphic artists and animation companies and based on other reviews discovered MPM.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After discovery meetings to develop the 3d product render images, we then moved to develop the hero image showing an IV bag exloding which would convey how our product provides another solution for veterinary practices. This led to the Oralade liquid concentrate animation, which has delivered exactly what we asked for and even more. We are excited to already be starting on other product and brand designs and animations.

In the new messaging and imagery for our Oralade range we have already seen an increase in sales and a new energy from distributors about the potential of these new assets to help boost their markets. On the new planned project, we are confident working with MPM will deliver what we need get the best impact from a product launch

What challenge were you trying to address with MPMTeam?

We were experiencing some time crunches, so we looked for a production agency to help us quickly deliver our products to our customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MPMTeam supports our 3D rendering and animation services. We provide them with CAD files of our products and scripts to determine the flow of the animation. From there, they will create a storyboard which will be sent to us for approval.

They’re free to make their own iterations on the storyboard and once it’s approved, they will then start the modeling and animation process in different phases.

My communication was primarily with Mateusz (Founder), but I’ve also communicated with some of his employees.

I was researching animation resources online and found Mateusz. I decided to work with them after seeing some of their work and it made me feel like they really knew what they were doing.

They’re far more efficient than I am when it comes to project management. There are instances when they immediately completed projects before the estimated deadline, and they’re upfront and honest about the progress whenever there are delays.

We’re very impressed with their professionalism, promptness of delivery, work quality, and attitude. Additionally, we like how they take ownership of each project without any sort of hand-holding.

I can’t think of anything they can improve on but if I were to say one thing, they should be charging more for their services.

They’re outstanding at project management. Paulina has done a good job managing our video production projects. Meanwhile, Owi is extremely responsive and has quick turnaround times — he’s good to work with. He’ll always do what’s necessary to get a project done.

We’re impressed with their response times and willingness to jump on any project, even at the last minute. Additionally, they don’t just take a brief and execute — they give proactive suggestions.

I can’t think of anything. We’ve never encountered any challenging or unsatisfactory experiences with them.
