Using a drawing, the team at Kanousei Middle East FZ LLE created an AR solution to convey a plan. It was a 3D visual to make our message clear for the stakeholder to see. It was to convey the message strongly to senior leadership.

I have worked with this company for over 5 years to design our Credit Union's Annual Report which we present to our over 20,000 members. It contains various reports, photos and financial information. The designs and overalls layout of the booklet are always modern and reader friendly. The team, especially Mr. Harold Dickenson is awesome. He is extremely professional, patient, efficient and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend his company.

I worked principally with Harold Kanousei directly, not with his team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While the project is yet finished yet, he has been able to produce very good work in the renders and floor plans. Very efficient and we have a good rapport.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Work flow presented challenges due to the time difference between where we are located and where he is; therefore there has been a delay in the estimated delivery of the work. Other than that is good.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very personable and the project is cost-efficient.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could improve their commitment to delivering services when they are supposed to be. Trying to keep the delivery dates was difficult. Maybe this was due to time zone differences so the turn around of the work was not as quick as we expected. as far as quality, it has been great so far.
