Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Create a VR application that provides a specific environmental experience to the roller coaster passengers. The environmental experience will have necessary effects representing the roller coaster's physical movement like start, stop, speed variations, slopes, jerks, etc. The experience will have a bright and pleasant fantasy environment with 3 different characters. The 3 different characters will be a dragon, a deer, and a panda.

There will be only one type of environment in this experience. A template system will be there in the application to manage different environments in the future. A dashboard application needs to be created to assign the headset and monitor the status of the headset.

Art Scope:

• Environment Concept, Modeling, Texturing, and LODs creation
• Roller Coaster Track Modeling and Texturing
• Roller Coaster Car Modeling and Texturing
• Modeling, Texturing, and LODs of 3 Characters
• Rigging & Animations of 3 Characters.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes demonstrating progress and success from the project include the creation of an immersive VR roller coaster experience replicating physical movements, the development of a vibrant fantasy environment with interactive dragon, deer, and panda characters.

The implementation of a template system for future environment management, successful deployment of a dashboard application for headset assignment and monitoring, and seamless integration of cutting-edge VR technology that heightened the thrill factor for Wonderla Parks and Resorts' visitors.

They delivered the project without any issues, But there was a slight delay due to iterations on the art side and technical challenges in onside testing.
