I think the initial discovery stage could have been more intense and planned out better so that we met the originally planned timeline. I think the analytics part of the website project could have been handled differently so as not to hold up the rest of the project; perhaps done in parallel. So, team/project management might not have been planned perfectly and might have impacted the project timeline as a whole and impacted the original budget.
