We engaged 4 I LAB to develop 3D graphics for our application on Unity. Their tasks included: 

• Developing 3D characters from sketches from scratch
• Animation development
• Model development (Buildings, inventory, etc.)
• Development of game locations from sketches, lighting, and optimization
• Technical customization of scenes (Collisions, Lod system, Shader Graph, animation controllers, etc.)
• Development of real-time visual effects VFX
• Development of sound and noise effects

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The studio very clearly understands what they want from them in what style and what the result should be. If something needs to be supplemented, they promptly supplement it. In general, they perform their tasks at a professional level, and we are very satisfied with the result. We are still working with them.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We worked in an Agile environment and used Notion for project management. The team was extremely transparent throughout the interaction, and we used Google Meet, Slack, and Zoom to communicate.

We're impressed with their work quality and speed of task execution. The team doesn't need to be told what to do; they do their job quite professionally. They taught us a lot of things. They always met our needs and did their best for our project.
