The CEO controlled the whole process periodically connecting to make sure that everything was going well, we communicated with the designer and project manager in Slack and also used video calls in Zoom and video reports in Loom for demonstration. They showed a high level of competence and pleasant communication, the guys have been developing AR / VR products for a long time and really understand their business, explaining to us a lot of useful points. I can’t find problematic moments in their work and communication.

If they didn’t think they would be able to deliver, they would explain why, and we’d talk through how to go about the next steps.
