We needed to develop a VR app for Oculus Rift

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found a few studios and after an interview moved forward.

They created an Android VR app. We provided models. Unity was used. Work was done on a milestone basis.

PM, GD and Unity developer.

Work was done well and in time. The price is ok.

PM skills were good enough. We were using Jira.

High quality at a good price.

The project was done well.

Our company is "R&D Center "Alex-Rubin" (Ukraine, Zaporozhye). We are engaged in the development and implementation of training tools for the power structures of the country (police and army).

For the development of engineering solutions and software.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This vendor found us and offered us a solution. We tried it and we are satisfied with the result.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We have been successfully working with the Shatava Digital Studio team since 2017. Earlier, the guys developed a training simulator program for us on firing a grenade launcher. The project was completed in accordance with the assignment, we were satisfied and continued our cooperation. In 2020-2021, Oleg's team completed an engineering task for us: design, development and implementation of a wireless hardware and software training complex. The result was excellent. We continue to cooperate now. New interesting tasks await us ahead.

Oleg's team has a lot of people (about 20 people), but I worked with three: Oleg - CEO Victor - Technical Director Nikolay - IOT Engineer

The process was efficient. Oleg's team was always in touch and offered promising ideas. As a result, the guys did an excellent job.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very talented and proactive. For them, nothing is impossible — if they see a problem, they offer a solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think this is not about them, I am pleased with the cooperation.
