I hope that someone can connect me to any judicial authority to sue this company due to the terrible mistakes they made, and unfortunately, it was not completed. Work and we cannot get our money back

The company's project management was highly unsatisfactory. They consistently failed to deliver items on time, often missing deadlines by significant margins. Their response to our needs was inadequate and slow, with little to no proactive communication. When issues were raised, their solutions were delayed and ineffective, leading to a frustrating and unproductive experience.

Overall, it was a negative experience. The initial presentation and proposal were the most impressive aspects of the company. Their theoretical understanding only , Unfortunately did not translate this into effective project execution.

What challenge were you trying to address with Yeppar Smart Solutions?

We needed help with a VR simulation project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Yeppar Smart Solutions developed our VR simulation project. They worked on a robot because we had a use case of teaching the new trainees how to use the robot. We gave them the requirement to make a digital twin of the robot and show the entire simulation to the new trainees.

We gave them a good understanding of what we wanted to develop and delivered according to them. Yeppar Smart Solutions added the new functionalities for when a new employee comes in, and they also gave us a backend where I can understand when all my employees use it and how much time it takes them for the training part.

Regarding technologies, they used Oculus Quest and Node.js. For the 3D making, they used Splenda or 3ds Max. They also used 3D buildings and took that to VR using Unity which works on C#.

I was regularly in touch with the project manager, three Unity developers, two other developers, and one backend developer.

They met our requirements. Metrics-wise, my employee engagement and understanding has increased by almost 40%.

How did Yeppar Smart Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They met deadlines, were good at communication, and communicated whenever something was causing a delay. We used Zoho, Google Meet, and Zoom for project management tools.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had good technical knowledge and understanding of the technology we use, which enabled them to deliver quality work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — my experience was good with them.

I recommend working with them; they're the best team to deliver quality AR/VR projects and will meet all your requirements in the given time.

I found Yeppar online through Google and I was really impressed by the kind of work they were doing.

The project was to get Virtual Showrooms made on Maya and unreal engine. They committed to deliver 1 virtual showroom every 15 days and they delivered the same.
