Our client is a real estate agency, which wanted to show their apartment buyers to experience the flat in VR and 3D, with several gamified elements which served two purposes: increasing the relationship with the buyers and increasing the likelihood of sales. BOM first delivered a viable scope of work and MVP specification, after which they moved into the design & development phase, during which they delivered viewable 3D environment for different VR headsets.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest success was the satisfaction of our Client upon seeing the result BOM delivered. We were all positively surprised about quality and performance of the product.

They had assigned a dedicated project manager who was available constantly. They always answered on time, were prepared for meetings and we never had to go deep into investigating how they worked - we completely trusted them, and they have delivered extremely well.

We wanted to create a digital customer communication, marketing, and educational experience. As a result of the project, many clients really liked the modern and gamified form of getting materials, updates, and information from our company. Additionally, when pitching our services, this experience was a standout factor.
