Techverx has been growing, increasing their clientele with businesses bigger than us. That has provided Umar (CEO, Techverx) the space to procure better talent. I felt that, as time went on, I had better and better engineers on the project. Sometimes they were spread a little thin. When I started working with them, they had a team of 10, which is now around 100. So, there are a few growing pains here and there, but they now have a stronger and more experienced staff.

Datawalls has a high level of communication. I’m a difficult person to deal with, and many things come up in my profession as a physician. However, they keep a level of communication where if I forget something, they remind me about it respectfully and politely. Overall, their project management is good. Their managing director also pays close attention to me, making sure that what they deliver is what I want. He also ensures that they tell me things they see that I don’t see, and I deeply appreciate that. The Datawalls team isn’t only professional and competent; they’re also humble. Even though they do good work, they’re not arrogant. Other professionals tend to be arrogant since they know they’re good, which is off-putting. When I want something good, however, I just deal with them and move on.
