What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

DeepLearnHQ has delivered a working prototype in the first iteration, a functioning website in the second iteration after the back-and-forth feedback loop, and finally, the app. We've seen 50 users.

DeepLearnHQ is communicative throughout the process, giving regular updates. The timeline is as stated.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm big on communication, and DeepLearnHQ has ensured they keep me up to date throughout the process, even in between the milestones. The team is smart and talented.

Are there any areas they could improve?

DeepLearnHQ could increase their presence globally. Some of my team members are outside of the US and having 24/7 coverage could further speed up the process.
