Before each phase of a project begins, I’m given an estimate of how many hours will be required for each piece of the project. If I want to add a new feature, they’ll give me general time and money estimates. They’re very transparent and forthcoming when it comes to sharing details about their work. Every Friday, I receive a full written report from them with hours spent on the projects, plus I have access to many reports about their work on a platform called Basecamp.

Sometimes, I didn’t even have to follow up; they told me right away where the problem was. We had agreed to finish the project in mid-April, but I told them I wanted to do it earlier. They were flexible and pushed to finish it earlier, which was good for me in terms of managing the work and pressure. I liked their service delivery. I worked with another developer before and faced issues with them in terms of delays. Matrix Media Solutions (P) Ltd., however, fulfilled my expectations. They were supportive and did whatever I told them to do. It was easy to work with them, so I decided to prolong our engagement.
