Key deliverables included UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, CMS integration, and SevenRooms booking integration.Additional deliverables included performance optimization, SEO technical implementations based on audit reports, and Google Looker Studio integration for advanced analytics and reporting. The project followed an Agile/Scrum approach, ensuring efficient collaboration, iterative delivery, and a fast, responsive, and brand-aligned digital platform.
