Working with Nine Hearts on Spapilot has been one of the most rewarding parts of this whole journey for me. From day one, the team at Nine Hearts has gone far beyond just being a supplier or consultant – they’ve been true partners.They’ve brought their knowledge of the spa industry, asked tough questions, and never hesitated to challenge our ideas when it meant making the product better. 
We’ve spent hours together discussing features, testing prototypes, and figuring out what real spa owners actually need. Their honest feedback and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the details have made a huge difference. Some of the things I appreciate most:Their hands-on approach during product testing – they didn’t just point out issues, they helped us solve them.
The way they shared insights from their own customers, which helped us shape Spapilot into something practical and user-friendly.Their support in creating guides and onboarding materials, making sure everything was clear and easy to follow.

Successful field tests: With Nine Hearts’ support, we were able to install and test Spapilot in real spa environments. Their team helped us identify and fix issues quickly, which meant our launch version was much more stable and user-friendly.

• Improved customer experience: Thanks to the direct feedback from Nine Hearts’ network, we simplified the onboarding process and created guides that made it easier for new users to get started – something we saw reflected in fewer support questions and faster setup times.
• Feature adoption: Some of the most appreciated features in Spapilot – like the smart scheduling and energy tracking – were shaped by ideas and feedback from Nine Hearts and their customers. We saw high engagement with these features right from the start.
• Market readiness: Because of the thorough testing and honest feedback, we were able to launch Spapilot on time and with confidence, knowing it met real needs in the market.

Positive customer feedback: Early users, especially those connected through Nine Hearts, have given great reviews and highlighted how Spapilot actually makes spa ownership simpler and more energy-efficient.

I’ll sum this up the easiest way possible. From start to unfinished finish. Almost the entire experience with The NineHertz has been bad. Lie upon lie upon lie upon lie. I know now why Rajdeep left and why Prateek is not to be trusted. How long do you expect to stand when you’ve built a house on sand. Im requesting all my money back. 

• Full concept wasn’t accomplished and is unworkable

• Poor coding language ( native react ) causes system crash when future updating.

There are two types of users , the end and admin users. This allows users to interact with businesses from another application of entire project. The application also allows business and users to set calendar interaction through video and or with voice, through active and non active video feeds. 

The Users are able to view business users live video feed and display adds with pictures to advertise and establish more business. User admin allows to establish set number of clients with information stored. Application allows users to write reviews and send request to business users with confirmation of interaction date and times. business is able to correspond to user request and or deny with reason response.

The vendor responded on March 1, 2024.
We developed the entire app as per the client's requirements, as mentioned in the contract. All the features and functionalities in the application were imparted as per the client’s ask and requirements. Having developed the app, our team even deployed the application on the respective platforms (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). Once we handed over the codes of application to the client after completing the things from our side, the client refused to connect to us via any medium for any discussion.

On the contrary of having a discussion, the client began to ask for a refund with a claim of dissatisfaction with the application. Due to the respective MasterCard Credit Card policy, the paid amount was deducted from our account and credited to the client’s account. Also, for your information, as per the payment policy at our organization, we never requested or accepted the complete payment at one time or in advance, instead, the payment was made according to different milestones achieved and phases completed in the project.

Other than the monetary malpractices, the client is trying to defame us on various online platforms by putting negative reviews and lower ratings. As evident from the provided review link, the review has been edited initially, the client gave us a 5-star rating. However, after receiving the payment, they edited the review and downgraded it to 2.5 stars. So, many instances indicate fraudulent actions from the client side.

So, we request you to remove the negative reviews and comments given by the client about our company as it can mislead the people looking for the right service providers for their project. It will help us keep providing quality services to our clients.

This project began from vision, to development planning, creation of the team, website development, screen development, through creation of four comprehensive intelligent apps (two in Android and two in iOS), through beta testing and go live. At this stage, we have already begun to launch our aquisition of Drivers and await finalization of our Rider acquisition shortly.

Every milestone of the project was monitored, achieved in a timely and sometimes more than timely fashion. Virtual reviews of projects were obtained on a routine basis and the accessibility of the entire Ninehertz team was exemplary.

The project was admirably lead by Sudhanshu. As previously stated, clear milestones were created on deliverables. As expected in app development, unforeseen findings occasionally occur and were expertly managed. Additionally, features of the app that were potentially overlooked or not completely understood in the initial design phase were diligently addressed in every circumstance. The final products are a result of this diligence and expertise.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive aspect of Ninehertz is that they work expertly and diligently as a team. Each team member has specific expertises which are maximized but the team understanding of the feasibility and ability to produce the envisioned product was nothing short of spectacular. 

Many development companies put a small team together of 2-3 programmers without adequate leadership and understanding of the overriding project and would struggle with this type of endeavor. Further, the creation of four very complex apps with the intelligence to provide our necessary services to both Riders and Drivers was an impressive feat.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The NineHertz could have done differently?

This is a great question and a difficult one to answer. Candidly, we are beyond satisfied with our relationship with Ninehertz and the technology which we have created together. We anticipate a long relationship with Ninehertz as we completely understand the app go live is, in fact, just the beginning. We already have planned integration of other API within the apps and will continue to create new versions of the app as our vision becomes a reality.

To begin, we provided them with details of the website design and app design. We provided them with a list of necessary website functionalities, and they offered us a proposal based on the documentation we gave them. Following additional discussions, we commenced work on the project. The app is available for iOS and Android.

The work is high-quality. TheNineHertz team takes the time to do Q&A before sending it to us. We've had bad experiences in the past with other companies. The price was high, the work was delivered late, and they would deliver the project with bugs. We tackled all those issues with TheNineHertz. We're impressed with their speedy delivery and high-quality products, allowing us to develop new products at a much faster pace.

• Project delivered in milestones to develop the app. Followed by comprehensive conversations to fix any bugs or issues to deliver final outcome (as already mention in above )in accordance with the agreed scope of the project.

Project was managed using active collab as tool. In addition, having regular communication with my project manager (Prateek) over WhatsApp helped tremendously with immediate responses. The project was delivered in time.

Our app is a social platform that aims to help groups of people meet new friends. In this app, the user will create his account and can start a session to match with a group. For creating a session, user needs to enter his group information and matching group criteria. After updating the criteria, a user will be able to see other group and can send invitation that another user can accept or reject. Also, he can receive the invitation from other groups. RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Overall, we were very pleased with the way the project was conducted and we feel confident about continuing our relationship with NineHertz as we build our platform in the USA. Some work that required 3rd party input probably should have been presented to us early on with approx. timelines based on current knowledge, e.g. Obtaining DUNS number. Thankfully no major delays were encountered but would have been nice to have knowledge upfront.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We used Active Collab consistently throughout the project. The workflows were quite simple to follow, with communication very easy especially once the project manager was assigned. Project management style was very hand on and consistently good. At no point did we feel outside of the development loop. Maybe one informal zoom call with dev team would have given more insight on who was working on the project and for them to meet client also, just a nice have scenario.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was just very impressed with NineHertz overall. They have obviously hired some great folks, from dev team to project management team. The staff seem a dedicated bunch and I always had faith in their ability to fix all our needs. The few things that couldn’t get fixed did not create a critical issue and can be dealt with in subsequent revisions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The NineHertz could have done differently?

The initial work discovery was competent though not a true representation of the needs of the platform as some items had not been thrashed out by us internally. So therefore it was a little off-putting when decisions about features were finalized only to be told they were not defined in the original discovery and this would lead to more time and/or cost.
