He also sends me snippets and continually asks if we’re moving in the right direction. I've never received anything from him that was substandard. He works on a brief and always delivers well within the time that's needed. He's very reliable and honest.

Stoke & Dagger was great at bringing things to life and understanding how to realize the project since clients can come back with the most ridiculous briefs. One time, we had a particularly difficult client who wanted to film a food advert for their menu because one of the big selling points of a cruise line is the menu. As someone who doesn’t ever personally work with animation, filming, or production, I didn’t know where to start. They came in, and it was great to have complete experts to lay out how it would work. It was just effortless for them.

They've also been open to work on changes. Even though it’s difficult to change a video, if we’re not happy with a result, they’re willing to make a change. This was done even if they had to shoot the video again, which happened at one time for no additional cost.
