First we tasked Otter Labs to assist us with brand imagery, website work and marketing as we looked to make our vision for a bespoke ethical tour operator tangible. The work was wide-ranging in scope, including brand imagery, web design, implementation and PPC marketing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From our initial meeting with Otter Labs to the present day they have shown an incredible knack for taking our ideas, improving on them, and turning them into reality. They are true pros! Over the last 3 years they have helped increase our lead generation 3-fold. We continue to work with them in all areas of marketing, web design and brand identity and their enthusiasm and quality standards have never wavered.

Otter labs are pros when it comes to communication and keeping you in the loop throughout the process. If there are any delays (which have been very rare!), the reasoning is well-explained and timely. They are a breeze to work with.

When designing for the public you get no second chances but through an iterative design process, testing of concepts, reaction to the comments received at the testing stage, final detailed design, artwork, and production, the result has been applauded by the client and members of the public who have interacted with the graphics.

They were very efficient with both the management of their time and reacting to the constraints of the available budget. Everything was delivered on time and to budget.
