Please describe your company and your position there.

We make super cute, premium and sustainable kids' tableware. Our bowls and plates feature a silicone suction base that keeps mealtime mess-free and stress-free for parents. These popular products are used by celebs and child nutrition experts. Working for bamboo bamboo for almost 3 years now, I am responsible for our marketing movement both on home soil in the UK and across the globe.

For what projects/services did your company hire SAND visual studio ltd, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a creative team to help us tell the story of our exciting partnership with a multinational toys, games and experience company in a unique and compelling way. Our limited edition range is the first of its kind - we required one super slick piece of creative to share our big news!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were initially on the hunt for stop motion creators and we stumbled across Sand Visuals. After seeing their awesome work and getting to know Agnes & Denis it was clear they were the guys for our exciting project. We weren't wrong!

Every stage was covered thoroughly from the get-go. Initial meetings were had to discuss the products, aims and timelines. Even with product delays from our side, the team were very understanding and flexible. Once they had products to work with, storyboards were created, edited and pushed through approval. When it came to filming, communication was thorough to ensure every angle and every detail was captured correctly according to the brief we set.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Agnes & Denis. The feedback process was smooth and again thorough, especially during filming. A WhatsApp group was created to ensure we could dissect each part of the video and make any required changes then and there before moving onto the next stage.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video has gone down an absolute storm on social media, both organically and paid. The feedback and response has been incredible. The video has also been picked up by the partnership with Hasbro and is currently being used for paid activity with plans for more too.

Communication was key! From regular emails to daily group WhatsApp chats, these guys always ensured the project stayed on track and we were happy at each stage of the project.

Super friendly bunch with pure talent! Their creativity is so impressive, we couldn't have asked for more.
