Corbin and Mauricio were both extremely nice and helpful. At one point, we were on the phone with them doing some edits, and Mauricio was able to share his screen and make our edits in real-time. It was amazing to watch. They were also great at getting back to us whenever we needed. We kept in touch with email for the basic stuff, but they used another tool, Wipster, that allowed us to make notes within the editing software. Their communication sets them apart. Throughout the entire process, BLARE was an open book. They were always available for any of our questions, and we always got an immediate response.
