What challenge were you trying to address with SenovvA?

We partner on live television shows, and SenovvA provides staging to the broadcast we provide.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve worked together on thousands of shows together, including the Super Bowl, Grammys, and the Academy Awards. They provide staging for our needs. 

What is the team composition?

I work with their executive staff and senior team members on broadcasts. For most of the shows, I interact with about 10 of their people. 

How did you come to work with SenovvA?

I’ve worked with the founders of their company for about 40 years, so when they formed the company, we already had a working relationship. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent well into seven figures, over $1 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked together with the founders for 40 years, but they started the company in 2005 so that’s when our engagement with SenovvA officially started. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Anecdotally, we’ve worked on the world’s largest television shows together, which speaks to the quality of their work and our work. 

For example, we’ve worked on most major awards shows together like the Golden Globes, Emmys, Grammys, Country Music Award, People’s Choice Awards, Daytime Emmys, MTV Video Music Awards, Kids Choice Awards, ACE Awards, and Environmental Media Awards. We’ve worked with them for 28 years on Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Academy Award party. 

How did SenovvA perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re the best of the best. They are the gold standard. We mostly communicate through phone and email, and texts on show days. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s extremely rare in Hollywood for any producers to keep television shows for years and years. It’s also rare for vendors to know each other and work together for 40 years like we have. We have a rare relationship and I value it above all others in the business. I recommend them to everybody. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing. Our relationship started off by me hiring them all the time, then it turned to where we were partners on things, and now over most of the recent years they’ve hired me more often, so they can keep doing that.
